Not completely true. 1947 They made the playoffs..............but lost first round.

 

Detroit 1957-??? ...they have us by a couple decades.

One of the greatest moments in my memory was when Art Sr. accepted that trophy...i still tear up honestly.
It was more about Art than the Steelers, guy deserved it.

 

As with his entire career, I think Ben is greatly underestimated and will again, be better than most of the opinions. Tomlin s getting a lot of praise lately, and he should, but it’s because he’s smart enough to have hanged onto a HOF QB. I would hang onto Ben while I looked for his true replacement over the next few years and that’s what I think they’re doing.
His replacement is coming but they haven’t drafted him yet.


With the addition of a true running game. I think an experienced HOF QB becomes very dangerous and I would ride that train as long as I could. I sure wouldn’t want to go up against that twice a year in my division!

Look for a Big year from the Big Ben this year. Book it!

 

I think Ben's elbow is fine, I think his shotgun formation and quick throws were because Ben just does not want to be in the pocket anymore.

I think he lost his nerve last year and was running scared trying to get rid of the ball as soon as possible. Hopefully he has a "Rocky III" type of offseason and gets back on the horse and stands tall in the pocket again.
