    I'm actually glad he's still with us. He's got a good motor and has a mean streak. It's up to the coaches to put him in the best position to succeed.

    It’s a good move, they were super thin at the position. He wasn’t let go because he was bad, he was let go for cap reasons.

    Totally agree. Some make him out to be a bum, for some strange reason. I think he was underused/misused last season, hence the comment about coaching.

    Glad Vince is back, depth is poor at ILB and they just can’t seem to keep guys on the field ever. That said, I hope they draft somebody, making Vince a situational player / backup.

    That Defense where he plays the 4.4 forty and 190 lb. guy man to man with a 6 yard cushion should never be called again...He is just to slow in coverage , but he is big and strong so if he must play man it should be press every single time.. I still can't understand why he is asked to give the cushion ?

    As long as he can get his hands on someone, perhaps like Landry that might be fine but against 4.4 guy it is more trying not to get beat for a TD. If they spread like that maybe butler can figure out how to get the LB on the back or TE.

    Well lets not have him in coverage. Kind of a major limitation. He won't be a starter anyways

    He can't cover a grill. Maybe besides the cap that was the main reason. Got him on the cheap i'm sure to be a back up due to like you said thin at the position.

    Well their goes my pick #87 for Chaz Surrat ILB NC. I have know Idea what Steelers mgmt
    will draft this year. RB, OL, OLB???? We are extremely short of depth at the OLB position,

    Neither can a lot of LB’s. Blame coaching but also acknowledge that the other teams job is to put you into mismatches. Happens to everyone, not just the Steelers.
