The shame is he is not here to see it. Well deserved honor...

 

With his induction. along with Donnie and Drew Pearson adds to the mystique of that '75 SB. The number of players, management and staff from the one SB is astounding and Bill Nunn certainly needs to be put (at least for the Steeler portion) as one who helped lay the foundation for that and all the success for Steeler nation. Well deserved and long overdue.

 

Wonder why it took so long?

 

I have not the foggiest to be honest with you. Then again, how the Pro Football Hall of Fame Committee decides on people like Bill Nunn is quite different than players. Even so, how Gil Brandt making it in before Bill Nunn is something I will NEVER understand!!!

 

Five Hall of Famers at that?!



I believe that is the most Hall of Fame players of any North American Professional Team ever drafted in one draft!!!

 

Technically only four drafted HOFers...... but yeah, 5 HOFer from the same year!!!!

Really happy to see Nunn make it as well!
