Now comp picks for "DEVELOPING" coaches who get hired away. This ridiculous obsession with diversity has gotten far out of hand. The ravens get two third rounders because one of their coaches is an affirmative action hire, how does this make sense to anyone.

I remember when things heated up in the 70's. The best man or woman for the job was pushed aside for hiring quota's.

 

I remember getting passed up for a promotion several years ago to a minority whom I had to train on everything cause he had no idea how to do the job in the slightest. I almost even asked him how he even got the job but it was obvious from the moment my 25 years experience was overlooked. We will never get beyond barriers so long as they continue to exist.
