Homers heads explode! Browns vs Tom Brady and AB in the Super Bowl. Oh the fun I’d have reading all your posts.

Premature again. I fell bad for this dude as I’m sure premature is a reoccurring theme in his life.

Chad Henne will never have to buy a beer in Kansas again. His INT was one of the worst you’ll ever see but that third down run and fourth down conversion was clutch.

    Berks County's own Chad Henne!!!

That said ... I don't want LevBell to get a ring, or AB.

    So much for that.

Now the Saints just have to knock out Tampa and this threads failure will be complete.

I think heads will explode if it is AB vs Bell in the Superbowl.

And then either AB or Bell wins the Superbowl MVP.

I have no issue with Bell. He finished his contract with the Steelers and made a personal decision, he never quit on the team like AB.

I did think he would have a bigger role in the Chiefs offense. Looks like Williams is getting Helaires' touches.

Bell will be 29 next month, 3rd string is about right for him at this point in his career.

I was thinking similar, but at the same time both gave Pittsburgh some great performances, and both have had marginal roles in their new teams. So looking past the ways they left, it’s not like they were holding back on us and giving superstar performances for their new teams.

I probably get more annoyed seeing guys like Bostic or Moncrief play well for other teams when they did **** all for us.

I agree but don't really have an issue with those who leave. The players have a CBA with the NFL and as long as the rules are followed, its business for the player and the team.

I'm a former union officer, so I'm pro labor but fair.

Bell told all those guys that he was coming back to play that season he sat out.

No issue with him not signing the Franchise Tag and sitting out, that's business. But...He told Tomlin and teammates that he was playing that season and signing the tag so they didn't prepare for not having him.

What would his cap hit be if he had accepted either of the ludicrous offers the Steelers made him?

We should always be thankful that Bell saved the Steelers from their own stupidity.

I wouldn't mind either one of them getting a SB ring. Bell isn't much of a help to that offense and, hey, even Bubby got a SB ring. The only problem with Brown getting one is, that would mean Tom-Tom got one too and there's already WAY too many people referring to him as a cloven-hooved barnyard animal

The guaranteed money would have balanced out with the franchise tag I think, regardless he would have been cut 2 years into the deal for sure.
