    He basically operated like a CEO in the college ranks, and if the reports are correct he will be the defacto GM. That's a lot of power and the NFL is a lot different than college. Some have been able to make that transition, most have failed. The real issue is long term operations in Cap management. If you give the HC ultimate power in all player decisions you can easily end up in a situation like Houston has now.
