Anyone interested in Jay Gruden as OC? Tomlin and Gruden were on the Bucs staff together during their Super Bowl run. Tomlin has spoken highly of JG in the past. Now that Urban Meyer is coaching the Jags, Gruden's release seems imminent. Seems like an interesting candidate.

I wouldn't mind a change to a West Coast offense ala Green Bay. However, I've heard the Gruden playbook (both John and Jay) is difficult to grasp.

That’s a no for me. Has Chark on the team and the guy sees like 6 targets a game.

You design your offense around that guy.

I dont follow social media at all.

I'll be the bad guy. I would still hire him. I think he is a hell of an OC. Bengals had their best years with him calling plays, then fell apart as soon as he went to the Skins. Jags overperformed with Gruden calling plays.

We had Haley here. Do some research on he and his crazy wife. They make Gruden look like a choir boy.

Steelers Depot is thinking it might be Jim Caldwell. Ugh. I can't think of a guy I want less. I would rather have Fichtner.

    Not surprised.

IIRC, after Arians was canned Haley and Caldwell were the two finalists for the job.

I'd rather see us look elsewhere.

A lot of that may just be bad QB play. It's not like they have a franchise guy slinging the rock.

Not a big fan of Caldwell as a head coach. As an OC I would need to go back and research what he did without Peyton Manning. One thing, the last time the Ravens won a championship, Caldwell was the guy who was promoted to OC in December after the firing of Cam Cameron.

Makes Haley seem like a choir boy. Hard pass, this locker room is a big enough clown show.
