I've only heard about the Theory of 150 recently, but it's fun speculation.

    https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/8112247/nfl-how-long-too-long-o-line

Summary: "once a starting line reaches the combined age total of 150 and has three to five starters in their 30s, prepare for drop-offs."

While our line was a few years under 150, due to Okorafor being so young, almost everyone else was above this age of diminished returns (this includes Feiler starting over Dotson).

    Pouncey: 31
    Decastro: 31
    Villanueva: 32

Hopefully grabbing some younger guys to replace Pouncey and Villanueva will help restore the strength of the O-Line.

No threat I said it was over once we lost to the Redskins and we went 1-4 after that. I turned the game off Sunday in the first quarter. Think I watched 10 mins of the Cincy game. News flash bro WE SUCK

Sorry we scored a few meaningless touchdowns vs the Browns second string. You should be proud!

We? Have you been playing Madden? It was a bit more than a few "meaningless" touchdowns and it was hardly the Browns 2nd string.

I'm not your bro and, probably not, but what good does it do to keep whining about the same things over and over. We got our asses handed to us (yes, us as in the Steelers) and the world kept turning. I don't know about you, but nothing in my life changed!

Per Mike Garafolo, Ben plans to return in 2021 and has asked for JuJu to be re-signed.

You can bet when AR II gives his end of the season interview, he will talking about how the team needs to run the ball better.

Teryl Austin interviewed for Colts DC. Saw a blurb this week where several teams will be granted 3rd round compensatory picks because one of their minority coach's left for a better position. So if TA gets that job would we get an extra 3rd?

Are you suggesting he will say the standard has not been the standard, but every year we admire our past standard and strive to achieve that standard. Will he pay Tomilin residuals, or is this just considered part of Steeler verbiage?

“I would like to see us be a team that can be more consistent running the football, I think that has to be a part of the game.” Art Rooney II - 2019 end of season interview.
