Ben kinda repeating same stuff lol

This is what it feels like to be the other teams

 

Well no matter what Ben decides, we were blessed to have him. I think people forget the years of Bradshaw to Ben and what QB play was like. I understand that time moves on and things change but definite respect should be shown him.

 

I think most fans gives Ben his due but are realistic in that he just doesn't have it anymore and has cost the team some games as a result. If he comes back, we'll be back at this juncture or worst next year.

 

Yea it’s pretty clear he is not gonna win another Super Bowl as the QB of this team. So I don’t know what they do next year with the 41 million dollar cap hit but any and all possibilities need to be explored. You can’t pay Ben 41 million dollars next year you just can’t do it.

 

He is cooked and with that salary we are screwed.

 

I love what this man has meant to this franchise for his whole career, and yes I feel it's very sad that we wasted an entire decade of a player's Hall of Fame career but it's over now.

We wasted the last 10 years of his career with a coach that can't get you to the promised land, a coach was so many obvious flaws and this is something the Rooney's should absolutely have to take responsibility for. Ben hopefully will do the right thing and let this franchise move on with an entire clean sweep of the coaching staff and a new quarterback. There are far too many very enticing opportunities this offseason to acquire a new quarterback and they absolutely have to do it

 

Never was a fan of Ben off the field but he is a true Pittsburgh hero. Now it's time for pain and suffering for Pittsburgh sports.

 

Pain and suffering is all you get with the Pirates in town.

 

If he wants to win a championship, he won't come back to Pittsburgh. This team is going to be gutted in March, and they'll keep Tomlin, who is the root of all problems with this team.

 

Then the need to do something about it like better execution and effort..

 

Ben is done. He threw this game away with his lackadaisical beginning. You can't bring him back at a 41 mill cap hit and extending him would be insane.

Rooney needs to have a sit down and explain its time to retire, and if not he needs to be released.

I appreciate he was the field general and gave us 2 more Lombardi's. He is a solid 1st ballot HOFer.

Its time to move to the future...
