.....to see who are the leaders, who has the heart, who wants to play and turn this thing around. Now is the time to.....fish or cut bait. It's the coaches team, they know who is performing and who isn't.you would think they see it in practice,if they aren't doing it in practice, move'em down on the depth chart. or send'em packing.FISH OR CUT BAIT
it looks bad at the moment, but I think we can turn it around if the players PLAY and the coaches COACH

Its possible. however, not probable. The three games we lost were all Conference games which will loom large come Dec. Nevertheless, we still have 6 Division games to play so even though all looks lost, hope is always on the horizon. Foremost, beat Cinci and get back to .500. If we can beat Cinci on the road, then beat Washington at home that puts us at 4-3. Problem is, then come the Giants, Chiefs and Ravens. It will take something magical but I'm still holding onto a glimmer of hope.

I think Andy Dalton is gonna light our secondary up. Ike will be staring at the back of A.J. Green's jersey all day. Also we saw how undisciplined we played coming off the bye AT HOME! We play the bungles in Cincy. I'm not optimistic about our chances.

not predicting any miracles or anything but I was shocked when I perused the team records in the AFC right now - other than Houston and I suppose Baltimore - everyone else is pretty much treading water - this brings little comfort however to the way our not-so-special teams and defense are playing at this stage. What is most galling to me is what an incredible game that Redman had last night as well as the playoff game last year only to have the defense waste those remarkable efforts.

The Super Bowl is the NFC's to lose this year. Actually I will go farther and say it's San Francisco's to lose.

A 9-7 team won the super bowl last year. The Packers had the SB in the bag and we see what happened.

This team needs some fresh blood. These rookies, backups, practice squad, nothing to lose, one shot in a lifetime players we are going to depend on need to step up. Its now or never for them. Its steeler football. A bunch of no name wanna win players who pull together to get it done.

These guys need to make our stars feel the pressure of being replaced. Look what it did to our avg kicker. It made him get his **** together.

Don't count the Texans out, they have an excellent team.

I was talking to my buddy about this yesterday on the way to the game. The thing about the Texans to me is that they seem to always have great potential and for whatever reason they just find ways to blow it. They are like the Lions have been lately. They have some great players but just can't get it done. But I agree that the Texans are probably the best team in the AFC. The sad thing is the 9ers are exactly what we USED to be. Run the ball. Play defense. Win. When I watch that D I am green with envy and red with anger! If I could have any running back in the league it would be Frank Gore for me and it's not even close. I just personally like the guy. He just seems like and old school ground and pound dude.

I agree about the 9'ers defense, but isn't HOU undefeated?

Yeah. I'm not exactly sure about their whole schedule. I have Sunday Ticket though and I will usually watch the 9ers play. The game they lost they just got caught looking against the Vikes who have only lost 1 game. The Texans are gonna win their division going away. It's still early obviously but I say in the AFC the Pats, Texans, and Ravens are probably for real. The ravens seem to be really inconsistent though. The Pats have a pretty questionable line so at this point I think when they play the 9ers Brady is gonna be in for a VERY long day.

I personally think it's too early, especially with the rest of the AFC (other than the favorites) playing inconsistent, but loose a few more games and I'd like to see more of Mike Adams and Cam Heyward. Other than those two the only other guys I'd like to see are out for the year (Spence and DeCastro), but wouldn't mind see Ta'Amu in action either.

Yeah I wanna see Ta'Amu just for the fact that it will be funny to hear the commentators try and call his name. LOL. With a name like that he HAS to be tough!
