I doubt this is a form of psychological warfare here. Myles has been their best Defensive Player all season. For that matter, I can make the argument he is the best player the Browns have on the Roster.

He is quite a bit of things within the consensus within the USA given his late 2019 theatrics; both supporters and dissenters. That said, he is still one of the best overall Defensive Players in the game; doubly so in the athleticism department. No other defender, regardless of position, has the freakish level of athletic gifts he has.

Give respect where it is due. As I said, he definitely is not without his critics for his actions; myself included. Even so, he is still one hell of a football player.

Whether or not you agree is something I cannot help.

Prior to that incident, Myles was gaining respect for his play on the field.

For that matter, even before that incident, Garrett was right behind Stephon Gilmore for DPOY honors. Yes, he definitely was operating in a gray area in terms of his personal fouls leading up to that game but he was impressive nonetheless. That incident changed everyone's perspective of him; mine included.

Whether it was said or not is something I am discussing any further as that storm has come and gone. What is relevant is how well Myles can keep his composure this time around for the stakes are far greater than they were the last time.

He's good, but **** him. He hasn't been playing well since he contracted covid fwiw. Sounds like his lungs got hit pretty bad by the disease.

Browns coach Kevin Stefanski made the captain for Sunday's game.

"It's a big game, so I'm sending the big guy out there," Stefanski said Friday. "But it's in no way a callback to anything previously."

    End copy.

Well, looks like he isn't impressed with Baker's leadership. This Garrett turd needs all the help he can get media wise.

Never said his actions were justified either. All I am saying is that the player deserves some respect. The person is other story.

If that is true, all that does is give the Steelers bulletin board material. Why the Browns have learned nothing from that is something I have not the foggiest. Quite unusual to say the least.

First part never would cross anyone’s mind. We know you better. :)

On the second part, there is no separation. The player and the person are the same human. [/QUOTE]

This is the same as the Bengals or Bills gaining some kind of motivation from Juju dancing on the logo. If the Browns need a cheap theatrical stunt to gain momentum for Sunday then they have already lost.

For what he did, the first aspect of your statement I agree. Partially agree with the second; more specifically the "emotionally unstable" aspect. Final term you used isn't something I would coin him but to each their own.
