Honestly, would have preferred losing out. Letting the Browns have their moment then stomping them at home. Opposed to playing the Ravens again. Beating a team 3 times in one year is very tough especially a rival. Browns lost anyways. We should have let the Colts win to keep the Ravens out of playoffs.

Can't get to a Super Bowl by avoiding every good team along the way.

Good part that being at least the #3 seed, you avoid KC to at least the AFC championship game.

Don't believe it would be the 1st time we've beaten them 3 time??? Also I believe 2 beat someone 3 times in a season....they'd have 2 be a in division rival.??

I marvel at the ability of some to take a fantastic comeback and re-energising of a team, and turn it into a moan about a fixture that may not even happen.

We beat them 3 times the year we won a Super Bowl and all the talking heads kept saying is it's too hard to beat a team 3 times in a year.

Imagine how many times the Patriots may have done it if the other teams in their division would have made playoffs.

Browns need to win to get in and we need a week off. We are playing the Ravens first game in playoffs.

Some of you guys are so afraid to play the Ravens, that you dont even realize that's it's very likely that's not who are opponent is going to be.

I posted a thread with the 6 most likely playoff scenarios. 5 out of 6 of those, we do not end up with the Ravens.

Not that facts matter much in your tin foil hat, boycott world. But:
There are 8 different ways TN, Indy and Mia can end up, for a giving outcome of the Pit/Cle and Bal/Cin games.

If Bal beat Cincy and Cle beats Pit, there are 4 scenarios whereSteelers play Bal in Round#1, and 4 where they play Cle.
If Bal loses to Cin and Cle beats Pit, there are 0 scenarios where the Steelers play Bal, 4 w/ Cle, 2 w/Mia, one each with Tn and Ind.

Lose to Cle and you most likely play Cle again.

It is unlikely, but not as improbable as you are implying, especially with Cincinnati playing at home.
Bengals beat the Titans. Titans beat the Ravens.

I agree. Beating the Ravens 3 times in one season will be tough! Especially since they have Ben's number.

If the SB is your goal you're not getting there by going in the back door. You're going to have to play 3 good teams and it doesn't matter in what order. If you aren't getting to the SB you might as well lose in the first round and get a better draft pick.
