Yep. You're right. I'll make her a Tombstone frozen pizza while I air fry my delicious marinated all day wings.

There is a relatively new “Real” butcher shop north of Beaver Falls, PA that I really like. I’ve never had their hot sausage, but their Chorizo is excellent. That’s also where I got the rib roast. They even have gyro meat formed like hamburger patties so you can cook them on the grill.

A good cook never cooks too much accidentally! It was a Freudian slip and I will be over at 7 with a few good beers to compliment the meat!:drinks:

My son and I went to "so-called" high end restaurant when they first opened and when I asked the waitress what import beers they had, she read off a list and when she got to Stella she had one hell of a time pronouncing Artois. After a few attempts, my son pronounced it for her and she said "no, we don't have that...sorry"

I once ordered a Tanqueray and Tonic, which I did get. When I got my bill, it was handwritten as Tanker Aid.

My mother's side of the family was/is from Beaver Falls. Mom told stories about Joe Namath when he was a youngster.

You might want to delete this and go Google “across the pond”. Then note the UK part of his name? Just a friendly thought. :drinks:

I was being facetious. I knew what across the pond meant, I was just being funny about the wording....i.e. Beef and sweet potato stew over noodles, Beef and sweet potato stew over rice etc., Beef and sweet potato stew across the pond.

Nice, have some here in Lancaster County...a little more expensive , but the difference in quality is very noticeable, besides I am a sucker for wanting to support the locally owned shops.

I'll be having the only thing I like about Philly, a delicious Philly Cheese Steak with hot and sweet peppers on the side.

Pizza with pepperoni, bacon, onion, mozzarella, sharp cheddar, garlic butter, sausage crumbles. Gave up on Subway, the magic is gone after last week’s loss. Trying something else.
