Last night towards the end of the game we watched Ray Ray hurdle a player then show some fire when a Buffalo player got phyical. We don't have any run game so put Ray Ray back there. He's got the speed and we don't have much to lose. I listened to Ben's presser and he sounds like a beaten man.Well it's off to Cincinnati, you all stay safe and have a good week.

Ray Ray is going to be really busy because @PWP@PWP wants to play him at safety.:sneak:

As bad as we are on Offense it should be open try outs ..I already had Ray Ray in as a diamond and 1 guy weeks back and some shifting to the T ..Could Ray Ray and Chase both be effective in the screen game and effective as edge runners ? I say yes without a doubt .. Ray Ray behind 3 lead blockers is nothing more than a punt return ..

You can even call his package PR right ,PR middle and PR left just so our inept OC has some simple terminoligy..

Yes, they need to get him out in space and get the ball in his hands more often. What could it hurt to try it? Especially if you scheme to get him matched up with a LB.

I like Ray Ray and he has been a real spark on returns this year - but that questionable opening KO return from the middle of the end zone to the 8 yd line was a portend of things to come last night (you listening too #18?).

EDIT: To make matters worse, it was our former brethren Tyler Matakevich who stopped Ray Ray in his tracks at the 8.:facepalm::facepalm:

LOLOL Scheme? This group of coaches can't scheme their way out of a parking lot with no traffic, let alone game plan for getting a match up that would be beneficial.

Fitchner still thinks that Bettis is lined up next to Ben. Every run play is straight ahead into a wall of defenders

I'm not sure Bettis could run behind the this line with the way it run blocks.

We have a scheme, albeit limited, and modification to that scheme is beyond those who developed that scheme.

Five seasoned and respected linemen are not the reason nobody can run in the Steelers scheme.

Agree, can't understand why he is not getting some playing time at receiver. Specially with all the drops some of the receivers are having. Haven't seen him drop any passes. He should of been in there when trying to pass to our third team running back McFarland or Samuel or our backup tackle.
