Remaining schedule

We have Buffalo, Cleveland, and Indianapolis left along with the Bengals. There's one win in that list. We'll be playing teams that are looking to get into the playoffs and will be playing with a lot of emotion. Us? Well last night tells you a lot about this team. We're still 11 and 1 and three losses puts us at 12 and four. Then you'll get the one and done scenario in the playoffs. Tomlin on the loss last night - We have to make the routine plays routinely. There ya go

 

12-4 and it will be the first time I'll be pissed off about a 12-4 record.

Covid and injuries laid waste to our boys.

 

i think we can beat cleveland and cincinnati and go 2-2.

 

If they can get what’s left of the defence back on the field I think they go 2-2, maybe even 3-2. Last night was really ugly but perhaps we are getting too down on the team.

None of the opponents left on the schedule are head and shoulders above the Steelers, they all have flaws and are all beatable. I think with the injuries on defence it’s probably too much to expect them to win @Bills next Sunday but a win would not shock me either. All of the other games are winnable.

We don’t know how the team is going to react to their first defeat. Yesterday was certainly worrying but I’m not ready to give up on the season just yet.

 

We are not beating Cleveland unless we play way way better then we have the last couple of games. I just don't see it.

 

Our first loss comes in week 13, we still control the #1 seed and now we’re doomed. Get your emotions under control people.

 

Last night was an illustration between two teams, one that is getting better, and one that isn't and continues on with multiple and reoccurring offensive issues. Keep hearing the same BS from Tomlin about being able to laugh in defeat and our first loss and doing routine things. Pure Tomlin speak nonsense. We are regressing, not getting better. Every team has Covid and other injuries they have had to deal with so that isn't an excuse. Like last week. If we are so bad off how did we get a 2 touchdown lead in the first place. History does repeat itself and it appears that in the final quarter of the season with our most difficult opponents we could drop 3 or all 4 remaining games. We are not a threat to any team we will face going forward. RF is a liability right now and that would be my first change, but he doesn't work for me. JMO>

 

Browns can still win the division

 

It would take a complete collapse for that to happen. Steelers more or less need one more win and one more Browns loss to win the division. I don’t see that being a problem and it damn sure better not be.

 

I don't know man... if it comes down to the Browns game for the division I don't like our chances.
