    Was going to say.

Will the team go all in for Quinnen Williams?! Seriously doubt it but after the Minkah trade, I am leaving nothing to chance here. A cheaper option I would assume is always available as well.

Going to L.T. Walton could be good if Jerald's performance is anything to write home about. I would assume that is the plan.

Total defense is what gives you turn overs. The right people in the right place. The birds ran all over us all game , in the end the W is what matters. Stats only relevant in fantasy. Defense was under fire all day and almost spent the whole first half on the field.

From what I read and saw Buggs was getting his ass handed to him in the first half. He made some plays when he had to...especially that goal line stop. Don't think it's coincidence the second we lost Alalu we couldn't do anything to slow their running game. Frankly I thought Harbaugh should be fired for how poorly they called plays. We could not stop their run at all but for some reason they kept trying to get their horrible QB's passing game going. They lost that game IMO by the garbage play calling. Speaking of which... when do we start calling out our OC? That game plan was a disaster. We could do nothing until Ben started calling plays.

I called him out all last season. For that matter, I called out the entire team for not having a dedicated QB Coach for Mason Rudolph. Matt Canada has been heavily involved in the Offensive Gameplan for a while now. For that matter, book him to be the next Offensive Coordinator.

For me personally, this is it for Randy. Matt Canada is likely to supplant him anyway. Now, should that be the case, Pittsburgh would have to find another QB Coach as I do not want Matt to perform a balancing act in terms of play calling/position coaching.

I also really like Highsmith. He played only 8 plays last week and was extremely productive.

Of course there were a lot of heroics on both sides of the ball. Not surprising and frankly expected. But to me the standout performance of Steeler depth showed big today. Buggs --Hightower-- Ray-Ray-- Spillane and probably some others.

Not much talk about Depth lately. In years past it was considered the difference maker.

    A Highsmith LB 8 14%

    2ndQ
    2-8-PIT 20 (7:33) (Shotgun) R.Tannehill pass short middle to C.Davis to PIT 13 for 7 yards (A.Highsmith).
    1-8-PIT 8 (6:59) D.Henry up the middle to PIT 8 for no gain (A.Highsmith, J.Haden).

    3rdQ
    2-10-TEN 19 (7:25) (No Huddle) D.Henry left tackle to TEN 21 for 2 yards (A.Highsmith; V.Williams)

    4thQ
    1-10-PIT 48 (12:40) D.Henry right guard to PIT 44 for 4 yards (A.Highsmith)

He owned Derrick Henry which is no easy task.

Needless to say today he was also a huge factor, but not so much in the run game. Were they running away from him or what? The playtime percentage is not up yet. I wonder how many plays he was in. This guy has to be on the field more.

QUESTION: Is he considered a ROLB. I mean like if Dupree got dinged up would he be depth there?

The loss of Alualu hurt from a player and depth perspective. He was playing well. Ultimately I believe the lack of speed and quickness at ILB was the main issue with the run defense.

Harbaugh should be fired? Why do people get so obsessed with firing and calling out people after a game? I really don't understand this mindset.

The Ravens loss the game due to mistakes and turnovers. Difficult to win when you beat yourself.

You have to pick your poison with the Ravens O.

Do you wanna give up the edge for LJ or make them give the ball on the dive...

The D is fine and will be fine...That was a hard team to defend.....

Our OC called a horrible 1st half plays. How did you like that 3rd and 10yards to go and we run Conner up the middle.! A real head scratcher.

Agree. A very obtuse MB today with Biggs vs Buggs, cheesy vs. chessy and bazaar vs bizarre. Spell/spiel check/chuck can't bale/bail out everyone/won. :lolol:
