Way too early for this. I do think a playoff spot is getting close to guaranteed but the division is so close. If they can beat the Ravens on Thanksgiving, then let’s talk :)

Yeah he is pretty limited as a passer imo and prone to costly mistakes as we saw today. High floor, low ceiling is how I’d describe him. They’ll always be dangerous with him because of what he can do on the ground but I don’t think he is a championship QB

Steelers and Ravens next 3 games before their game here on Thanksgiving night.

    Steelers

    At Dallas
    Cincinnati at home
    At Jacksonville

    Baltimore

    At Indianapolis
    At New England
    Tennessee at home

This right here is a huge huge reason why the Ravens needed to win this game today a lot more then the Steelers did. Falling 2 games behind them while losing a game at home with the upcoming schedule the Ravens have compared to the Steelers next 3 games it’s really gonna be an uphill battle for the Ravens now.The bottom line is They needed this game to have a legit chance to win the division over the Steelers and they failed to do so which really puts the Steelers in the drivers seat for the remainder of the season.

This might be the year where I'm right when I predict 16 - 0. I've been doing it for 40 plus years, it was bound to happen, right?

For the team yes, but for us fans it’s ok to dream.

But it wasn’t a good year for tomatoes or peppers. Too hot in July.

If you make jerky from ground meat, doesn’t it just taste like the consistency of mush meat?

My tomatoes and peppers grow in late afternoon sun and it protects them from the extreme heat of the day.

It depends on how you mix, blend, store, and cure it. A guy taught me how to make ground jerky and it's really hard to tell it from sliced muscle jerky.

    I did not.

One year of starting; 14 games at that, is usually not a good sign. Someone like Tua is another story. He has three seasons of experience under his belt from Alabama.

I'm not surprised that Burrow is good, he's not a one year fluke like Trubisky, Bengals OL will be the cause of his struggles this season.

Polls say Tomlin will lose to either Cowboys, Jags or Bengals. Nate Silver told me so. :lolol:

Heck I will do you one better. The week before the titans game I've been telling coworkers this is the last year the '72 dolphins players drink their champaign(if they even still do that). Bringing it hard this year and letting everyone know it's over. Stairway to 7 is here

I'm with steel ben7. It's a wrap. We could put Mason in there & still win it.

    Agree to disagree then.

Very seldom do one year starting QBs in college football turn out well. Burrow looks to be the exception to the rule though.

2 games is not insurmountable. I’ll feel better if we extend it to 3.

At this point it’s essentially 3 games because of the head to head tiebreaker.

It’s in the Steelers hands. If they win the games that they should win it’s hard to see how they let the Division slip. Baltimore are good but not great, they have a few tough games coming up and I think they’ll slip up along the way.

Health will play a huge part, need to keep everyone upright, especially Ben because the drop off to the next man up is crazy in that case.

Cowboys up next week. They are awful, I mean truly awful. I’d like to see Snell and McFarland get the majority of the carries in this one. Give Conner a break and see what we have in the backups.

The Bengals will be the cause of his struggles this season and in the foreseeable future.

I would if I still had the wheels. Fortunately, the neighbor across the street had more tomatoes than he could eat or can, so I had to take some off of his hands. Tough gig, but someone has to do it. This season was rough for sweet corn, not nearly enough rain. What we got was good, but ran very small and we couldn't find Silver Queen anywhere.

Corn wise I’m lucky. I live in a rural area and my dairy farmers plant a bunch of acres of corn. Most of it is feed corn, but they do 40-50 acres of sweet corn For road side sale. It’s planted 6-8 times with 3-4 varieties. The first weren’t good. The later part of middle was still very good. Nothing better than local sweet corn that gets in the pot within an hour of being picked. :smiley1:
