at lraest for me anyway.Skins play the early game as well,in this area that means one thing,I have to carry my happy hips to a sports bar to see the us play this week.I really need to get to work on getting the permission to get dtv in the apartment complex, they say we can't have it,but that is against the law, that would be creating a monopoly, and as El Presidente of the resident council I'm going to fight it

Okay, for those of us that are apparently living in the stone ages, how do I stream the game without some sort of subscription to Sunday Ticket or some such thing?

    Thanks!!!!

You pay your fees like a good viewer should.

But while you're doing that, you may happen to look at one of the stickied threads at the top of the forum ;)

Thanks for the advice. I was just looking at the 506 to see what we Northwest-dwellers get. Browns-Giants, Bills-49ers, and Seahawks-Panthers. Not exactly a fulfilling day of football-watching there....

I have a good friend who lives in Longview WA and he hates Seattle also. He says all the people are just idiots. You oughtta try TN. There are VERY smart people from there. 2 of them frequent this board quite freqently.

The game won't be shown here in Richmond. We get the epic battle between the Giants and Browns. They must be trying to get low ratings.

Holiday Monday for me means I get to actually get up and watch my boys play via the Gamepass subscription and have it be in HD....I will be a few seconds behind some of you in the gameday threads.

It is the viewers choice game on AFN as well, but I like a clearer picture.

Where did you serve? I think we have a few vets on here that I can think of.

The Steelers/Philly game is a FOX game this week. And in Richmond you WILL get the Redskins game. I have to deal with the same thing down here in Chesapeake. We do usually get Steeler games here though - there is a huge Steeler following in this area. Unfortunately, this area falls under DC teams. Same goes for Hockey, the only NHL games on the Root-type channels not blacked out are Capitals games. :(

In Knoxville we get Browns/Giants and Falcons/Redskins. Then Titans/Vikes also on CBS. The Falcons game would be the only one of those that are even worth watching. So for all you guys that get stuck with crappy games I feel your pain. I got Sunday Ticket though so I'm fine. But before I had to always be at the network's mercy.

I'm thinking that now that Haslam bought the clowns that we'll be stuck with a lot more clowns games in Knoxville. Being so close to Charlotte, Nashville, Atlanta, and Cincy is cool for being able to go to games, but pretty much sucks if want to see the Steelers on TV here unless it's primetime or playoffs.

Yeah I didn't even think that about Haslam. My buddies mother in law got inducted in to the Boys and Girls club Hall of Fame the other day and he told me he had a chance to go meet Haslam because he was inducting her. I said "Ask him how his brother can be so dumb as to buy the Browns." We were both just laughing. But the way I feel about it is that I hate the Colts so bad that at least I won't have to watch them anymore.

Does anyone know a good place to stream the game? I have used AtdheNet.tv in the past but depending on the host it usually wants you to download so garbage media player that is full of adware. Justin.tv is not reliable anymore since they cracked down it so other than that I haven't found a reliable place to watch streams (if one even exists).

My apologies if i am supposed to refrain talking about this on the forums but any help would be appreciate.

Yes, I'm also from Longview, WA which is a MUCH better place to be, IMO, than Seattle. Of course, when I moved here, I knew I'd be in trouble sports-wise when I went to the downtown "Sports Bar" to watch football only to find that they were closed on Sundays..... Interesting business model if you ask me (they're no longer around, big surprise). Another place advertising they had NFL Sunday ticket doesn't open until 11AM (2 Eastern) on game days, and they weren't sure which remotes went which TV's....

I feel the pain many of you are describing. When I lived in southwestern OH, I could usually get the Steelers games. But I moved to SoCal, earlier this year. Fortunately, there are Steelers bars around.

We don't even have tv here in Iowa yet, unless, you want to drive to the capitol where they have one of them fancy fangled black and white contraptions. I did see me a picture moving show one time when I was on a trip. It had words and everything. I wrote home and told my momma about it and she accused me of being spoilt.
