No practice or game planning all week, And just the opposite for the Steelers...

They can still game plan without being at their facilities, but not having any physical reps? That should give the Steelers an advantage.

Any time the term easy win is used we have ability to turn it into a last minute FG..and not necessarily by the Steelers, lol. Should be an advantage, but seems like mentally this team seems to take that advantage and mess it up.

One of the best games the Steelers played recently was on a short turnaround week from a Sunday night to Thursday game against Cam and the Panthers. One of the worst has to be coming out of a bye and looking like crap with 11 days to prepare.

Its not going to be easy. Even without a few days of practice, these players wont forget how to play and forget the 100 plays they already know.

Yeah, I don't think missing a week of practice will turn this into an easy game by any stretch. But we should most definitely have the advantage going in. A good week of preparation and building on the last 3 weeks should minimize sloppy play and mistakes (not that a mistake ever loses a football game )


I don't know exactly what a loss this Monday or Tuesday will mean, but it won't be good. This isn't a game we should just win, it's a game we must win.
