I pay attention on why we win or lose games. You don't need to list his mistakes because they are not the reason for losing games. Your film watching has not provided any insight on why we need to criticize him except that he makes the same mistakes while winning football games. What's your point on film watching being the tell all? Do you watch the players make the same mistakes time & time again?

The buck does stop with him, why do you think he hasn't been 'retired'.

    I get it!
Wrong type of straws though, and it really doesn't represent what's going on here.

These Tomlin sux arguments really have no teeth.
Don't compare teams because it doesn't help when viewing the overall picture.
Don't take into account why the Steelers haven't had success in the playoffs.
Not sure what Stone has in his system today but it's affecting his cognitive abilities.

    Full circle like groutbrook said,

Suck that win up Tomlin Haters. Some of you can't wait for the final score to spew your insignificant disgust for a guy that has carried the Steeler's winning standard throughout his tenure. Noll had a great run. Cowher had two great runs. Tomlin might have two great runs, chew on that.

There is no answer to that question simply because there can't be. To be able to accurately answer your question would need to get another HC to have been coaching the same players, in the same organization, and having the same schedule. Otherwise, its apples and oranges. Just going by winning percentage of coaches on other teams, with other players, different divisions, different coaching staffs, etc. is to simplistic to accurately make a comparison. Very broad based possibly, but not something I'd hang my hat on. Using your method of comparing coaches would never have had MT hired to be our HC. JMO

He's an average coach blessed with above average talent on both sides of the ball.

He’s pretty good. Sucks at time management and challenges. Good motivator and he is good at Xs and Os just happens to go against better coaches at times.

You're about the 4th person who's made that point, yet he forges on.

Then you don't understand football at the professional level.

All the teams in the league have the talent to compete and win. Records don't mean anything when teams face off vs one another.

Do you have an argument on why Tomlin hasn't been up to your selective standards the last 8 years? Oh, he makes mistakes.
He compares well with what the Steelers have been doing for the last 50 years. The different team, schedule, organization, weather, playing surface, use of time outs, mistakes, over looking opponents, era doesn't hold much water with me. Still making the playoffs, the occasional SB, winning games. Still laying eggs, making bad draft choices, not having the team ready. What exactly changed with Tomlin at the helm?

When did being critical of someone become hate? I'm critical of my children at times, are you suggesting I hate them?

I guess criticism became hate about the same time social media was invented.

Turnovers and player mistakes at the top of the list.

What games did game management or time management cleay lose the games?

It's mind boggling that some people have so much disdain for Tomlin. He hasn't been perfect. He's a good coach for a long time. He's still a top 5 coach when weighing everything.

I don't think you hate Tomlin, you are projecting. Others have unreasonable hate for a guy that has, hang with me for a second, been one of the best coaches at getting results from the players on the field.

TOMLIN isn’t the worst coach in the league for sure but the guy hasn’t won anything in 10 years. At what point do you think we should move on?? 20 years of not winning enough?
