Get him off the field. He just can’t cover against the pass.

Mel Blount wasn't that good in his 11th year either. Definitely a position that will need new blood soon.

He got beat by Sutton pretty badly. Not his best outing, but I will certainly take the INT. Haden is still solid IMO. Just a few off plays today.

Yeah cause other teams WR’s aren’t allowed to catch passes.

Haden is older. He still has enough in the tank for this year, but TBH I think this might be his last year.

I swear, I feel like some of you aren't watching the games. Did you not see the Steelers get called on almost every 3rd down stop? That changes the psyche of a defensive player when they literally cant touch anything without worrying some (bleep) sucking ref is gonna call them for a penalty. (bleep) the NFL and their competition community. They are the cause of all this I hope they eat dirt. (bleep) them!

If Haden had a bad game, what of Minkah Fitzpatrick?! By far his worst game as a Steeler. One DPI, one Horse Collar penalty and a handful of whiffs on tackles. Does that count?!

I cannot believe I am saying this but Terrell Edmunds ACTUALLY outplayed Minkah today! That is what is unreal here!! Think about that for a second.

They were legit calls. Yes it does get frustrating for them but it is rediculous.

Complain about the bad plays but no praise for the good ones.

One of Haden's poorer performances, but honestly, the guy gets flagged for grabbing his own helmet from his locker.

    To be fair....

there was one that was questionable that went in the Steelers favor, but the difference, especially on key downs was pretty stark.

Haden has lost a step, but he always plays better against WRs that have a little bit more tape on them. The rookie was getting him on some moves. Haden at this point in his career is more of a tape study corner.

it is the inconsistency. I am not saying they are 'picking' on the steelers, but when you see obvious calls not being made, and some tick tack calls going against them it just sucks. I think every team has this complaint, week to week there is just no consistency on how far a player can go. Hell the last PI call on Edmunds was both players feet getting tangled, should have been no call, or could have been called on the O player. When it takes a committee to make a decision on late flags there is a real problem.

I think it's the same as last season, no better, no worse.

It should be better with a year under its belt with Minkah. But it's not. When the front 7 doesn't disrupt the pass, we just can't cover. And I don't want to hear any more nonsense about hanging them out to dry trying to stop an elite back. That didn't fly last week. It doesn't fly now.

Our secondary is a liability. Period. They make second string qb's coming in off the bench look like HOF'rs.

And another thing about selling out to stop the run (aka Tomlin BS)...

We rushed 4 and got decent pressure and STILL had receivers running free.

So all of you defending our Superbowl caliber defense by letting Tomlin blow his "selling out" smoke up your butts, you can try again.

Tomlin and his secondary are liabilities.
