I'm not backing Tomlin here but it is not his decision only and the $$$$$$ have to be taken into account.

for god sake, don’t watch another team play and whine that we don’t have people. Fort had his chance to start and didn’t perform. Heck if your gonna monday morning QB then complain about drafting Edmunds over Lamar Jackson. and yes, Tomlin does not make the draft decisions himself so if your going to lay blame, tell the whole story. Oh, and Cowher passed on Brady right??

I was mad when Derek Moye was not allowed to fulfill his Steelers destiny and be the next great Steelers receiver.

    Also the Ravens suck!

I thought Limas Sweed would be the next Randy Moss after the 2008 draft. The disappointment and heartache plagues me to this day.

I quit watching for awhile when they let Woodson walk. Probably my most pissed off moment.

I don’t think they had a shot at Mahommes as the Chiefs traded up. I did remember that some mocks had us taking him in the first

LJ Fort will be to the Steelers what James Harrison was to the Ravens. Passed on a few times before coming into his own and becoming a force to be reckoned with. Although, Fort's path was a bit longer taking quite a twisted road. However, it comparison LJ fort will be a shorter term asset than James Harrison was.

I don't know about all that. LJ is a solid player though, I always thought he was bit under used. But hey even the Eagles cut him after he left here.

You are right. While a player must be talented and have the skillset, it goes to show the correct system often makes the player.
