    Although i don't believe Connor will stay healthy and play all 16 games, i have faith in our backfield depth to produce with Ben at QB and no longer facing stacked boxes regularly. i really don't want to see us wasting money on an aging vet like Peterson, even if he comes "cheap."

    Peterson must have sucked bad in camp if they cut him! They had to cut Guice a month or so ago as well for off field reason.

    I would have thought this thread would’ve stopped after “signed with the Bucs”. They deserve him after signing Brady.

    I was actually surprised to see the numbers Peterson put up last year. I went and looked after he was cut because I figured he must have been completely washed up but I guess they are just going with the youth movement.

    He’ll catch on with someone else if he’s willing to fill a backup roll. I don’t see any starting options for him baring injury.
