    Possibly the most bizarre, chaotic last down you could ever see at the end of a modern NFL game. Just wow.

    Hopefully this will get Goodell to pull his head out and settle with the real refs. How much worse does ti have to get?

    this was indeed the absolute worse performace by the refs that I've ever seen.This don't make sense.gordell needs to give the refs whatever they're asking for.A billion $ organization arguing over a million $ proposition.But as long as we continue to watch this mess,as long as we continue to fill seats gordell's not going to give in.........SAD

    I am not going to excuse the refs, here. That call was disturbing. BUT...

    as I told all the Seahawks fans in regards to SB XL, if you take care of your business, then you often avoid being put in a bad position by the refs. The Packers effed up three things in those final few minutes:

    1. They gave up a first on a 4th down.
    2. They didn't execute when they had the ball, and instead went backwards
    3. They didn't KNOCK THE BALL down and instead the defender wnated to play hero and intercept the ball rather than just knock it down or aide when he definitely had the chance.

    And it didn't help matters that the vaunted Packer offense only put up 12 pts.

    Offensive pass interference should have been called on Tate. Play should have been over before the ball was caught.

    Sorry, I know that gb put themselves in this situation, but these scabrefs arew inexcusable. The last 5 minutes just illustrated how unpreparEd these guys truly are. Not knowing the rules on the walden hit, to a phantom PI call to blowing that last play. We would be absolutely sick if this had happened to the steelers. Inexcusable. One of 2 things have to happen. Some prominent owner (rooney, mara, kraft) have to step up to the plate and denounce these replacements and get a resolution. Fans will have to start boycotting games. Now, I will never miss a steelers game, but where we are on our bye, I may skip out on the nfl this weekend. Others will have to join in. Watching the end of that game sicked me to no end.

    Have you ever seen an interference call on a hail mary? No and you never will, always on 4th down with a few seconds left on the board teams usualy send only two linemen, and put everybody else back inside the 10 and in the endzone, pushing and shoving happens there all the time, you wont get a pass intereference call on a hail mary, ever, not even in a college game...

    So just because one has never been called means it shouldn't be? Tate clearly pushed a defender to the ground before going up for the ball.
