So as we look back at last year and all the issues, who are your top 5 players you feel we can't lose this season? Here is my list:

    1 - Ben.......by a landslide after watching last season.
2 - Mincah......this defense turned it up a notch since he came here
3 - Watt........DPOY, don't care if he didn't win it he played like it and deserved it
    4 - Cam.......Total stud and anchor of the D
5 - DD........Lots of questions on the line and really need his experience, plus lack of depth could be an issue.

I think Juju needs to 're-emerge', if he doesn't the passing game will suffer.
Also Connor needs to be healthy (doubtful) or Benny needs to emerge (also doubtful).
No productive running game, will indulge the pass happy Ben to injury.

Pretty much what you said NY! All in that order the same. Not too much to add on honestly.

I would give Juju an honorable mention though. He is the only Wide Receiver who has logged more than one year of NFL Experience. Losing him for any significant amount of time may stunt Claypool growth more so than it would help it.

Keep in mind that Rookie Minicamp is a no go. Who knows what will become of NFL Training Camps?! Time will tell.

Good write up N.Y. but, I would replace no.5 with Bush...We know DeCastro will be solid as always but Bush...If he makes that jump and blossoms into a star...This Defense can be scary good!

I think Derek Watt is going to be an important player to the success of the offense. We saw last season that some of the best ground games came in games where Nix was playing. So with Watt stepping in now it will drive the ground game. I think you will see Connor and Snell being re energized by his play even if it is in limited capacity.

    Would agree with that list.

I would add that a healthy James Conner would be a game changer for the offence. If he could get anywhere near his 2018 production again then they will be so much more complete as an offence. Kevin Colbert seems to be convinced that he can so let’s see

Thanks bud but let me ask you are we more in trouble if we lose DD or Bush? I am not sure but imo I feel DD cause the line has some changes already and the OG spot is weak, imo. I know you can say the same about ILB but the NFL is all about offense and if Ben is on his back or worse we are screwed.

He might just as well be but is he in the top 5 on this team in your opinion as the most important?

I was very tossed up on adding him I would say this he would be my 6th if I added one more. That is what is cool about this question you get to see what everyone's take and feel of this team is.

I don't disagree but my decision is based on this being an offensive league and the unknown at OG. I love the Dotson pick but how ready is he gonna be with the lack of time all these guys are going to miss this summer?

I tend to agree with this Top 5 most important in the context of who it would hurt to lose. However, I think Watt is more important than Minkah, but because we have a number of solid players up front, and diddly squat at safety other than Minkah, we could handle time without Watt better than time without Minkah.

Tuitt can change games when healthy. Makes that left side a nightmare for QBs & Rbs.

    1. Art II....Needs to focus on football more so than political correctness.
    2. Futchner.....I got nothin.
    3. Canada.......Hope he can build us a respectable back-up QB.
    4. Butler......Needs to use this talented D to it's fullest.
    5. Tomlin......Needs to have the team prepared early in the season and early in games.

Steelers are still mediocre compared to Ravens and Chiefs. Doesn't matter. All of those players could be healthy for 17 games and Steelers would still be one and done if they make the 7th seed.

Actually, it could make us potentially better (excluding Canada since he hasn't had time to under perform for us yet).

7th seed?????? Is it a done deal they are adding another Playoff team? So it would be 14 of the 32 teams make Playoffs. How the heck would that work? 2 with best record get a bye and then what?
