You couldn't be more wrong. The largest level of racism in this country is the current blacks toward whites, it's just that it's a forbidden subject.

Your posts here pretty much confirm it.

    Look at this another way:

As a few here may know, I'm what some may describe as a "quite volatile person." I'll let all manner of nasty words fly when I'm angry. I don't subscribe to political correctness outside of areas meant for civilized discussion. I can hurl an insult meant to cripple your soul. And have no remorse.

But even then, there's slurs I would never use.

If you're going to call a man who is 70 lbs larger than you and much stronger the n- word to his face while surrounded by other very large black men, you use that word ALL THE TIME. It just flows like water.

So surely Mason has been heard saying it on several occasions before. Surely he called someone that in college, or there's video of him using the word in a joke or something.

    No?

    Exactly.

That's exactly my point as well! If he were the type of guy to let that fly based on a quick trigger, guys like Mike Pouncey would have beat him with his own helmet long before Garrett had the chance.

It's now clear just how stupid Garrett is. Instead of joining ESPN who was just trying to fan the flames, he and his agent should have said "no thank you". If he wasn't going to be targeted, flagged, and ejected, by the NFL before; he sure as hell is now.

Gee... I don’t recall seeing Dorsey in the middle of that scrum.

Prior to the 2019 season, Browns fans were absolutely certain that Dorsey was the best GM in the NFL. They were also certain that Mayfield was a HOF'r.

When I explained that Dorsey had one prior stint at GM, from which he got fired, and good GM's don't get fired in 3 years, they sited the fact that he drafted Mahomes and Mayfield. To which I added .....so 1 out of 2 makes him a genius?

That thought crossed my mind but decided it was more about genocide than racism.

Genocide or racism...they are both horrible. Some get on with life, some make it their life's work to whine and ***** and piss and moan about it.

I’m a lot like you, well, just better looking :smiley1:

If some guy from China cuts me off, I don’t start yelling at him in Chinese. I start yelling the normal garbage that rolls fluidly off my tongue.

Obviously they can’t blackmail the league into suspending him. But, repeatedly slandering someone would seem to fit the definition of conduct unbecoming.

I guess I wouldn't put as strong as blackmail, more like "King Roger, we are contemplating suing Garrett for his slanderous remarks but we thought we would check with you first to see if you intend to do anything about his unbecoming conduct?"

Let me know when blacks enact anything like Jim Crow laws, the Tuskegee syphilis experiments, racist housing policies, police violence towards blacks, redisctricting to disenfranchise, etc. You really can't compare any individual racism of blacks towards whites to what blacks have historically been (and currently still are) subjected to in this country.

I'd love to but it is a forbidden topic in this country and also frowned upon on this site, so....if you can't see the horrible treatment of the Native Americans, Irish, and Jewish, as well as others, I damn sure am not going to try to explain it to you.

I‘d have no idea this is a response to my post if you hadn’t quoted it as your response has nothing to do with my post.

I’m talking about institutional racism, but the offensiveness of the two words isn’t even in the same realm.

I cannot possibly respond to this properly without being rude, so I will simply say you couldn’t possibly be more wrong.

What does that have to do with the way African Americans have been treated and how they have treated others?

I am Jewish and I have direct experience with bigotry directed at my faith and I still don’t see it.
