I'm not saying we would have necessarily won but we would have been in it. In Foxboro in January.

Tannehill was not good but as you say he didn't necessarily need to be. They ran all over the Patriots. As good as the New England D was, they could be run on. Remember Jaylen Samuels last year? If we could have produced that type of attack (no guarantees), we would have been it and could have potentially won.

Our defense is even better than the Titans. If we held the Patriots to 13, than we only need that average of 14 points to win.

The Patriots just didn't have a bad day. They have a bad offense. Really just as bad as the Steelers in the 2nd half.

We would have been in that game and could have easily won it. The losses to the Bills and Jets are even more haunting now.

No we would not have been in that game. It would have been another predictable defensive formation that BB and TB would have gobbled up like they've done for years. RF would have abandoned the run, Tomlin would stand on the sidelines looking confused. Most likely would have been a rout.

Well one old guy is coming through so far. Brees with a big pass to set up a TD.

You think a 42 year old QB is just going to fit into any system?

One and done with Duck at QB, scoring 10 points a game doesn't cut it in the playoffs.

It is wishful thinking to say that the Steelers would have been in that game against the patsies. Our O is horrible and only scored 10 points each of the last 3 games. Not to mention the D gave up 16 pts to the jets and 28 to the rats backups. The only way the steelers could have won against the patsies would have been if the D pitched a shutout and Boz kicked a 55 yarder to win 3-0. To believe otherwise is delusional.

I'm guessing a lot of board members follow the AFC way more then NFC. I am like that too except come playoff time but admit yesterday's games held my interest way more.

Hope Vikings can pull out win in New Orleans. Then no 40+ QB's will be in playoffs. Hope Ben will be one in a few seasons.

I think Gruden would give his right arm for 6 time SB Champion Tom Brady and build the system around him. He knows he has no chance with Carr.

I will NEVER understand coaches who dont use a timeout there. Just WASTED 45+ seconds.

And you don't get to use the 2 minute warning as a timeout.

I just don't get it. Tomlin does it constantly.

OK, Sean Payton needs kicked in the back of the skull for complaining about that not being a fumble. If you are unable to see that it wasn't a fumble, then you are brain dead and shouldn't be in charge of anything, or you're a despicable liar and need your head kicked it. Don't disrespect everyone on that field and everyone watching by pretending that you got screwed.

That right there is something a Harbaugh would do. Don't be a Harbaugh.

Wow! Second OT in Playoffs. I can remember years where 3 of the 4 WC games were blowouts. Good stuff!!

And now is the time for my yearly post.....

Each team should possess the ball in overtime.

Now everyone can tell me about how you should “stop them in regulation”

Looks like things just got easier for the remaining NFC teams left.

Well if Vikings only got a FG the Saints would have had a shot but I agree with you TD or not each team should get a chance. Coin toss won it for Vikings.
