Most of these other coaches are with garbage franchises. Browns, Cardinals, Jets, Raiders, etc have lousy front offices and/or ownership.

Nah I don't carry the disappointments with me.

Not hating, understanding, and not carrying the disappointments goes a long way to recovery. I understand why the season went side ways. I also understand the organization did what it could to help this team remain relevant and in the hunt for the playoffs. For some fans that wasn't enough.

Ultimately the QB play and mistakes had the biggest impact on the outcome of the season.

At the end of the day it's just a game and entertainment.

So we spent all week talking about how to go in to Baltimore and win...Then, When get embarrassed, by their backups it's " They beat a 4th team QB "...

Kind of hard to lose an argument that way

He also throws touchdowns to the other teams, the last play of their game today Winston threw a pick 6.

    Great midseason coach

7-2-1 to missing the playoffs then 8-5 missing the playoffs.

Just can’t seal the deal regardless of circumstance

Why are you embarrassed? Did you play in the game? Baltimore was a better team this year. That's sports.

I mean who cares because the Titans won also , in their last 8 of 9 games the offense only scored 1 TD.

The Bucs had a worse record than the Steelers, they can keep that turnover machine Winston 30 TDs and 30 ints :roflmao:.

Yes, he's the first QB to go 30 TDs and 30 ints in the same season.

Ok...Let me ask you this...If Ben comes back next year and we go 8-8, is that ok? How about the year after, Ben retires...We go 8-8, Is that ok again because we have a new QB...How about the year after that..." Well, It was only his 2nd year " !

When, Does Tomlins past successes time limit run out...He was good YEARS ago...And has underperformed for YEARS...

That is my opinion...You guys can keep trying to spin it any way you want...But when we got embarrassed, at Home, By Blake freakin Bottles, as a supposed Defensive Coach...With all our supposed talent

THAT, Should have been the end of Tomlin!

They will always have excuses for him. And because ownership is so wishy washy, all he has to do is just enough to get to 8-8 and guaranteed employment. They never look at the intangibles which he clearly doesn't have.

I know he's safe...Therin lies the problem...This team is done under his watch...I want more Super Bowls, That will not be achieved with Mike running the show... He's shown his ineptitude to many times

he still produced more than duck , Jameis is far from a world beater but he can at least score points. Again better than duck. All I’m saying

Come on now, I don't even think this is a matter of opinion anymore, Tomlin is NOT a very good Head Coach.

From his poor game management, terrible challenges that lose us timeouts, losing control of the players in the locker room, and especially his failure to motivate the team against the worst teams in the league year in and year out, even when we are fully healthy, he has cost this team several games.

Goes to show you how far keeping the team together and motivating them gets you. Half way? What was the excuse for the collapse last season? How many times have we been able to say Tomlin and his staff thoroughly out coached the opposition? How many games do we come out play a clean game and execute at a high level? Very rarely. The players get all the blame for losing games and MT gets the credit for winning and holding the team together.
If he did a good job this year holding the team together this year without his QB then he’s done a bad job in recent years when he’s had his QB. Oh but wait his kicker was bad last year....

You are what your record says you are and the last 2 years he’s been a mediocre HC.....
