Right now we know our away opponents are Baltimore, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Tennessee, Jacksonville, Dallas, New York, and Buffalo. Anyone plan on traveling to these games next season? There are a few cities I'm considering:
    • Tennessee: Been to Nashville several times and the party on Broadway is always fun in the Music City. Besides, I've hated the Titans ever since they stole the Oilers and Nedney flopped in the divisional playoff game against us. I don't forget!!
    • Dallas: I'd love to see Jerryworld... and the look on all those fan's faces when we win.
    • Cleveland/Cincinnati: I'm currently based in Columbus, OH so either one is an easy drive. I wouldn't mind showing up at the Dawg Pound with a "Pittsburgh finished it" shirt next season.
    • Buffalo: Bill Mafia. I gotta see this s**tshow in action!

Anyone else thinking about traveling to an away game next year?

I live an hour from Cincinnati, so we may go to the game there. But honestly, it's only about a 3 1/2 hour drive to Pittsburgh from our house, so we'll likely just go to a game in Pitt again instead. Or maybe both if Cincinnati tickets are as cheap as they were this year.

As long as it doesn't put you and your family in financial crisis, I would go to see the Steelers every chance you get.
in 2015, they played in STL and KC in regular season. STL and KC are both 2-4 hour trips for me, but I won't miss a chance to see them in the Show Me State. Especially, KC playoff games. I have been to Heinz one time and coincidentally they played the Chiefs in 2014. Didn't plan it that way, it was best weekend at Christmas break for me to take my boys to Heinz before the started high school sports.

This has been a difficult season. Same for the Rams. Same for many other teams. Pats are on the decline. We will get #7 soon. We have a top defense if given some points and rest. If we don't make playoff, I am rooting for Chiefs(hard to root against Andy Reid) and Saints in NFC. Andy 30 years ago was at Mizzou. Great coach and better person who has not changed. He truly deserves a ring. If we can't win it, then go Andy!!!!

I hope the rest of this board feels the same way.

Tennessee for me. Living near St. Louis, I have been fortunate to see the Steelers in St. Louis a couple of times, to Cincinnati, Indy, and Pittsburgh a couple of trips.

I'd take a chance on a game as long as the NFL didn't flex the game.

I've never been to Nashville it be fun.

Only a few hours from Buffalo, so depending on day and time. And I always enjoy NYC, so maybe Giants. Went to the game there on a Saturday in 2004 (Eli/Ben rookies) about 2 weeks before Christmas - was 75% or more Steelers fans.

I wouldn't mind going to Big D myself. Nashville is close enough for me to drive too.
I have been to all AFC North stadiums.

I'd say I'd go to the NY game, but seeing as how I've watched the team lay an egg the last two times they've been to Met Life stadium, maybe I don't go to this game. :roflmao:

Living close to Philly I have been to a game there and it was not pretty. I am glad they play them in the Burgh in 2020. I am thinking of visiting family in the Burgh and going to the Eagle game in Pittsburgh.

I stopped going up to Philly to see the Pirates, it always is a loss:(

My 12 year old son wants me to take him to every home and away game that they play in. He realizes that money doesn't grow on trees but keeps begging me to travel to away stadiums. Just yesterday he said that going to the Vikings stadium is on his bucket list. I told him he's too young to have a bucket list. LOL.

I got a good chuckle out of a young man having a bucket list. I like the Vikings stadium but no way I go that far north in the winter.
