I genuinely do remember threads about how we lost a game because we deferred. Or didn't defer. The details escape me.

 

Yea!!! Let’s go get McVey!!! He went to the SB with a 7 billion dollar payroll and lost. Now he’s missing the playoffs this year. (The Saints should have been there anyway).

So who are we going to get that’s any better? Tomlin isn’t going anywhere. The Rooney’s don’t think the sky is falling like our delusional fan base.

Even if we lose the last 2...Tomlin isn't going anywhere ( you know Ben being out and all excuse ) Only hope we have is if Snyder comes calling with a couple of 1sts... One can dream can't they?

First, this post is not directed at you at all. I have not talked to you in a while. I hope all is well my friend! I am laughing my butt off throughout this entire thread of the Tomlin Haters vs. Lovers. This is classic fans turning on one another when stuff just does not go right. Man, cooler heads need to prevail. We are still in a playoff chase and some people are really losing it. I have tons of posts here throughout this entire season. Whoever may have followed some of them, know that I am not a huge Tomlin guy but at least I try to do it with some dignity and facts to back up my positions. Posts, that what I would like to think as being "Relatively Sensical". Both ways for the pros and cons regarding fact vs. fiction this season. Hey, sincerely now. I am not judging anyone. That is just my style.

This thread is downright comical. This is exactly why trolls from other sites would come here to see this kind of behavior from a fanbase of a team that has not won every game this season. Disco, you have a pretty good gage on me to know that I am not going to get into the mud-slinging of my fellow Steeler comrades here. This is exactly what our opposition wants. For us to turn on one another. Oh well, so be it. And to think, have we really evolved much since our cave days? The only difference is that "we" now, or should I say "some" now, can just electronically "boink" one another over the head from behind a computer screen, from far distances, instead of using a physical club face to face. Now that is an awesome post! Seriously! Comedy (in a good way) at its best. Yes, when things do not go right (usually losing) it is so funny to see some folks here turn rabid and then on one another. They say it is a fine line between winning and losing. So is it about human nature regarding keeping one's cool and psychological implosion. No need for the TV when I can come here to certain posts and get my laughs. The "coin flip". I love it boss, Sincerely. You have a super ultra great day my friend.
