I need to double check I’m not on a porn site lol.

We are what we are. You guys act like we are this unstoppable force that should beat everyone.

Elite talent on defense is carrying all the coaches including butler. Randy is trash and tomlin still gets over his head.

8-6 potentially 10-6. Not doing anything in the playoffs but still would be cool to go one and done.

This teams identity is barely beating bad teams and barely losing to good ones (after NE game)

I was sad obviously but knew reality would set in. This is a great season the Steelers put together not having a QB, the most important person on a team.

Steelers do need to somehow get lucky and get a franchise QB sooner rather then later. A Duck and a Deer won't cut it.

Most preseason predictions with Ben, JuJu, a Moncrief with hands and not a revolving door of RB was 9-10 wins. So, where we are is a small miracle.

I'm not sure Ben is going to have a much better time of it with our line.

The offense is simply not good enough. The line has regressed and the skill positions are not scaring anyone. It's amazing that the defense has dragged us into the playoff hunt.

After Ben went out, and knowing we no longer had Bell and Brown, I don't think anyone expected the Steelers to be where they are right now, with a potential playoff spot. Yeah, they'll very likely be one and done, but to even be where they are now is far more than I expected. People here were getting excited, then after a loss that was honestly to be expected, it's just the opposite. Steelers fans shouldn't be this fickle and should have some realistic expectations, but not act like the world is ending either.

Good post. It's a tough loss because it was a winnable game, right until the very end.

This was a team loss. All 4 phases let us down (counting coaching as a phase).

Defense played great at times, but our secondary got exposed again when we couldn't generate enough pressure.

Coaching let us down here. 3rd and 18. We rush only 3 and don't spy Allen. He almost runs for the first down. They go for it on 4th and 6 and make it. Last week, the Ravens ran "0" blitzes and he couldn't handle it. We rush 4.

Special teams were a liability. Berry picked this game to forget how to punt. Return game did nothing to help field position. I thought we were supposed to be better without Switzer.

    And finally, our offensive offense...

Duck finally looked like a rookie. He wasn't accurate (when he could have been) and made poor decisions. The game looked too big for him. Unfortunately, we don't have a better option at this point.

Pouncey continues to suck. I'd go with Finney the rest of the way. There's no drop off in blocking, but an upgrade in shotgun snapping.

The OL in general is a trainwreck. Duck was getting harassed by a 4 man rush. Our OL couldn't protect our qb against a ****ING 4 MAN RUSH. Pathetic.

Coaching let us down here as well. Uninspired game plan. Terrible utilization of available talent. Magic 8 ball play calling. "Magic 8 ball, should I try the wildcat in the redzone with a center who can't snap the ball properly to a rb who hasn't played in 4 games?" Outlook not so good (shakes) My sources say no (shakes) Don't do it A-wipe (shakes) Screw it. Yes - definitely

Fuchtnuts can't remember the gameplan from half to half or is having too much trouble chewing gum and coaching at the same time to stick to running the ball with the fresh rb who started the game.

And finally, someone please tell Fuchtnuts that playing in your fears and calling at least half your pass plays going to receivers BEHIND THE LINE OF SCRIMMAGE is a bad idea. We don't play small ball, we play no balls.

    Defense: B
    Special Teams: D
    Offense: F
    Coaching: F-

We really can't complain. Imagine you're a Bengals or Browns fan..Only team riding high in the North are the Ravens. Who saw that coming?

Agree with everything you said here. We are what we are. To be 8-6 with this offensive roster is a small miracle. I'm not taking the loss last night too hard. It's hard to beat a good team when you cant score. We just dont have the weapons on offense to move the ball consistently.

All that is true, and they were still there at the very end with a chance to tie it up and knowing Tomlin, possibly take the lead. That's the hard part, it was winnable.

Steelers aren't very good on offense, it's not gonna change, not this year, and it's tough to win averaging 1 offensive touchdown a game, even with a really good defense.

But you can't over come 5 turnovers, no matter how good of a defense you have.
Bills have won 10 games to date, and they didn't do that by being bad. They got a really good defense.
Plus they have legit chance to maybe win their division now if they can beat New England next weekend.
Something they haven't won since the 1990's.

But that being said being 8-6 after starting 1-4 is very good. Steelers still control their future to get in the playoffs.

Easily should have won last night.

This mess of an Offense and one horrible punt, gave the game away.

I’m not even mad at the Defense.
They were continually put in a bad situation.

We could've beaten the Ravens, 49ers, seahawks too but we didn't. That is the nature of football, we own it, we swallow it and enjoy it lol
