Black Out at Heinz Field on Sunday night

All black for the Bills funeral...

 

Well we are black and gold so the black should be no problem.

I have not been back to the Burgh since a Steeler/eagle exhibition game in 2008. I know they play Renegade to pump up the crowd. There was a rapper from Pittsburgh whose name I can't recall but he did a song called, "Black and Yellow". Just wondering if they play that song at the Steeler games??????????????????

 

It's a Pittsburgh staple. It gets played but they usually play new music the players want to hear warming up.

 

A black out for the bills?.. Cmon were better than that.. And that's more of a college thing

 

It's basically a playoff game. They are wearing color rush and last home game of the year. I don't see the issue.

 

I think Steelers should wear those color rush for half (4) of the home games... and go back to block-numbered, traditional for the other 4 games.

 

IDK i think it is impressive seeing 100k+ at Beaver Stadium for a white out with the noise. Ive always wanted to hear that crowd noise for a Steelers game

 

I think they should do a wardrobe change at halftime.

 

Let's hope it's not the last home game of the year. If we meet the Bills again in the AFCCG it would be a home game if we got in as 5th seed.

Is this any more unrealistic than us getting in the playoffs after Ben went down?

HA HA the probelm is you need to fill the stadium so the gold seats don't show...

 

Night games are usually packed... it's the 1pm and 4pm games that we see a lot of the gold seats.

 

they need to sell black terrible towels just for the occasion, maybe even hand them out at the gate.

 

They already exist. I have one. I agree it would be cool but getting everybody to wear the same color is first step. I saw fans asking them to black out the endzones which would be cool. Did Glenn even pack black panties?

 

I've got my color rush look alike polamalu jersey black jeans and black Steelers shoes. Of course I'm in the upper deck so you're unlikely to notice....GO STEELERS!!!!!

I admit I was ready to stop following the season and not only losing Ben but our starting WR and RB. Say it again and again, one of my proudest Steeler moments!!

 

Looks like there will be a snow storm in the middle of the Black Out. Just the way a December game should be.
