What would our record look like if everyone was healthy, including Ben?

Healthy Ben and Sean Davis?! Hmm...


Does this team tough it out against the likes of San Francisco, Seattle, Cleveland (Away), and Baltimore with both Ben and Sean?!


Against Baltimore and Cleveland?! I say yes to both. Against the likes of Indy, San Fran and Seattle?! No.


I would say this team is 8-4 but no better.

 

7-5. Sure we would have beaten Seattle, SF and maybe Baltimore. But we would have found a way to lose against the Fins and Bengals

 

I still think coaching remains a barrier to season/ post season success based on past history. But to answer the question, I believe we would have had better success with a healthy team and reach possibly 11 wins. I think we'd be competitive for the Div title or at least 5th seed. Then the playoffs would start and we'd be taken out early based again on past history with a very healthy team. I believe what I believe about our HC and i need a completed 2019 season to evaluate whether that alters my opinion. Nice to think MT is doing a great job (finally) with this team but what if we lost our last 4 games. Then what? So, I am holding off until the full body of work is known.

If you wanna really throw around the what ifs......

Healthy Ben, Tuitt, Conner, JuJu, Moncrief ( ya him ) and a unhealthy Davis ( We trade for Minkah before the season opener )

I believe we're one of the best, If not " the best " team in football...

Minkah all preseason, with Tuitt playing like an All Pro, and Bud...Hell ya Bud!...That Defense is scary good!

Very sorry your wife is not with you anymore, I know how tough it is to just get up every day, time goes by very fast and our life is fleeting and our desire to keep going forward is diminished but I hope you find peace , though that isnt easy to find in our old age......

The losses against Baltimore and SF both had the same thing happen late which may have contributed more than the D giving up the lead. In SF, Conner had a terrible fumble late when it looked like we might drive the field and get the W and against the Rats, same thing, Juju fumbled in OT. If we take away those fumbles I think we win both games.
