I think Rudolph's confidence is shot, they just need Duck to be a game manager, make a few big throws a game.

They'll be in a little better position with Duck but still will be depending on the defense.

JC needs to get healthy. Snell did ok but offers nothing in the passing game, so far anyway.

I picked 4, but I admit it may be a stretch with a team of 3rd and 4th stringers.

Maybe they should use Samuels and Whyte in the passing game for now, it will be interesting to see what they do with Whyte if Conner returns.

I'm still trying to figure out what Hodges means. Is he going to England to farm?

    Edit: I'll go with 2, Tomlin's legacy.

They will win exactly the number of games in which they score more points than their opponents - nothing more, nothing less. No points awarded for style or grace.
(although I would give JW a solid 10 for that TD today! :dancing:)

    Hey Blast.

I really do not like to make predictions. Too many factors involved in trying to predict the future. However, I did make a thread earlier today (Running The Schedule's Table) that given the rest of the schedule we can be competitive in each game remaining. However, it all comes down to the obvious: (In no specific order really) QB Play, Player Improvement, Injuries, Coaching, and others.

    Hey SteelersForLife8810.

JC has to get healthy! A consistent strong running game is seriously lacking right now and he is our best option. If successful, it would take a lot of pressure off of the current QB situation.

Well my confidence in Rudolph is certainly shot, not that I ever had all that much to begin with. Looks to me that Rudolph is rattled. Might as well give Duck a shot although take out the throw to Washington and Hodges was not very good throwing. He moves around a bit and that helps though. And he doesn't look scared to unleash the ball. Rudolph does right now.

I think Rudolph is gun shy right now. He doesn't trust what he sees, holds the ball too long and then throws caution to the wind trying to avoid the sack. Duck isn't much better and will probably play worse once defenses get more film on him.

I don’t know his first throw was on time. Not the best, but it got out and to the receiver quickly. He had another one that was in from of Washington on a medium crossing route that was on time as well.

he seems to read it and throw it better than Mason right now. He doesn’t do well when they throw everything to one side of the field. I don’t know why Randy does this to the short sides so often. You don’t give anyone space to work.

looks like if you give him a deep and a mid target, he works off that well.

Mr fumble every 86 touches really isn’t the savior anyways. Plus he’s hurt every 2-3 games anyways. I don’t think he’ll be around much longer to be honest. It’s a shame because it’s such a great story. But it is was it is.

I picked 3 and it will all be depending on how the defense plays. I feel we win this week vs the clowns.......god help us if we get swept by them this year. I feel our D shuts down the high powered Cards offense and we win one of the Bills/Jets game. If Duck gives us a lift I feel we can beat both Bills and Jets making it 4!

I said 3. It has to start with the Browns, and that’s going to take the defense playing one of its best games of the season.
