He should sue and he should also pursue criminal charges. While I don't think there would be jail time even if criminally charged, he should pursue it anyway

That is stupid, unless he had a severe injury from the hit it is pointless.

It could have resulted in a severe injury. Just because Garrett got lucky doesn't absolve him.

I might sue for the emotional distress caused by MRs performance last night.

So someone who attempts to murder someone is good to go because he failed?

If our O-lineman wasn't there, Mason could be severely iniured

Sue? Hell... press criminal charges. That was assault and battery. And it was all on live TV for everyone to witness.

Mason started the whole thing, guys. Sorry, but he did. Funny......white guy gets no fine or suspension when it's his fault for the whole thing. I'm a Steeler fan, but I'm also an honest Steeler fan.

False. Garrett's ultra late hit with 8 seconds left in a game that was already over did

I don't know about state or federal law in the US, but if it's anything like canada, there has to be some kind of damage. With no damages (and no, a headache or cut isn't damages), there wouldn't really be any grounds for a lawsuit. US law may be different of course

We are little girls here when it comes to crossing boundaries so it wouldn't surprise me if Mason could win

You belong on a Browns forum with all the other idiots claiming this is somehow race related.

You people (and yes I used that term on purpose) who cry racism at every opportunity cause harm to those who are actually suffering from real racism and bigotry.

Like I said, I'm an HONEST Steeler fan:

    1. MG takes down MR with a clean hit (no penalty)
    2. MR attempts to remove MG helmet in a fit of rage.
    3. When MG is getting up, MR kicks MG in his groin area, resulting in MG grabbing and removing MR's helmet.
    4. MG is restrained by two linemen, and MR attacks MG again, trying to punch/grab MG in the groin area again.
    5. MG hits MR with his own helmet.
    6. MG is taken to the ground, and repeatedly kicked and punched by MP while MG cannot defend himself.

    AM I MISSING SOMETHING?

Even if you ignore the late hit that actually started it all and blame Rudolph for starting it all that does not mean he is responsible for everything that happened afterwards. Garrett is still responsible for his actions. “He started it” doesn’t even work as an excuse when you are a child.

Wow, if you can't see Rudolph was a victim then, you need to paint Rudolph black.

    White Rudolph made his pass
Black Garrett body slams him knowing, the ball is out of white guys hands.
Black guy lays on white guy, won't get off white guy. (needed to talk smack first)
Under size white guy has no resource other than to tug on black guys helmet.
Black guy overreacts and turns into criminal.
Helmet-less white guy yells at black guy that has had history of cheap shots
White guy gets round housed by his own helmet
Another black guy cheap shots white guy when back is turned
Black Pouncey punches and kicks black guy

All there in black and white

Enough with the racially charged talk. That’s against the board rules, and people will start getting put into timeout or banned if this continues!

Wasn't it in '71 or 2 when Joe Greene picked someone up and body slammed him head first and we all cheered. :hmm:
