Steelers don’t need him and I’d have serious reservations about what he might offer at this stage. I’m not especially bothered about his political views.

If a team does sign him he might be a fit for the Panthers. Kaepernick shares some traits with Cam Newton who is gone for the season and may have played his last game in Carolina if reports are to be believed.

If he has been working out for the past 3 years like he says he has, and he can still run, I say we sign him and let him run the scout team to prepare us for Jackson and the birds. No one can do what Jackson does, but Kap is closer to Jackson than anyone we currently have on the roster.

It is actually a disgrace that Vick got multiple opportunities after torturing and killing living creatures while Kaepernick was blackballed for taking a knee, but that isn't relevant any more. What is relevant is that Kaepernick has been gone too long to help a team this season.

Why? His own teammates couldn’t get on the same page with AV a couple years ago.

Could you direct me to this oddsmaker? I’d like to clean him out, I’ll take that bet.

Nothin to see here, move along.

Weird considering I saw the list of teams attending the workout and Steelers weren't on it.

Look, I get why talking heads on the outside think it's a good idea. But they fail to realize the Steelers gave up a 1st when Rudolph was the QB. They fully believe in Rudolph and his abilities.

    This will never happen.

I'll take "Things that are never gonna happen" for $1000, Alex.

Just a bunch of simple minded idiots who make a bad equation in their heads: Steelers down a starting QB = Steeler looking for a QB.

Forget all the politics. He hasn't played in years. He's done. Even one year off can be devastating for a player's production (looking at you, LB. LOL)

I wish people cared more for other people than they do for symbols, but unfortunately that is not the case.

I buy. Only because in locker room interviews something was off with Mason this week.

Kaepernick should go play WR for the Patriots. Belichick and Brady would make him an instant superstar overnight. .... and he'd get a ring in the process.

Unless he has changed his tune, will take a lot more than that. He's already turned down an offer previously to this because he wanted more money.

Depending on what he wants that might not be enough.

The Steelers would lose a lot of fans if they signed him. Myself included. I held my nose and continued being a fan when Vick was here but signing Kap would be too much. Sorry, but I love my country more than I loved the Steelers.

Whoever he would sign with, defense would be easy. When he drops back, play the national anthem. Colon takes a knee automatically. Sack for a loss!

People like dogs better than other people also. It's the other people's fault usually.
