James Washington earned highest grade on offense in Week 9

I remember a poster wise beyond his years saying Washington would be better making combat catches over the middle and stop running him down the sideline all game. I forget his name...

We have seen glimpses we just need him to click, and do it over a few games would be nice.

 

Good for Washington, well deserved. I'm a bit concerned at some of those other grades. The interior Oline, in particular, need to pick it up this week or Donald is going to kill us.

 

We saw glimpses in Wheaton, Ben said he was going to be a star..then????? You are correct, time to be consistent. I will take consistently good over periodic greatness.

Yes, this is what we need more of from JW. When JW and Mason were drafted together, I was like wow! What an ideal situation given their collegiate history/success. I was, and still am holding out hope that they find that chemistry here in the NFL. If they do, it will be something special and overall help the "O" to find that #3 receiver; which will trickle down throughout the "O". The other receivers will truly benefit. If JuJu, DJ, and JW can become the trio that we are hoping they potentially can become, their effectiveness will open up the "O" that much more for the other skilled position players on that side of the ball as well. I agree. He has made some spectacular catches and the WR scheme has lacked innovation and proper utilization. There are many factors, time to fix it and move the chains.

Don’t need to prove anything. It’s not that important. I just know what was said and I was one of the ones who said it. 1 game doesn’t prove anything anyway. Let’s see him and the team build on it.....
