I read that C. Batch was inactive for last nights game - who was the third string QB? And I was puzzled they only had only 7 Offensive linemen dressed - with their injury proneness lately, that seemed an odd choice of who to dress.

As far as I know, we did not have a third string QB and considering we needed two OL to replace starters during the game, only dressing seven was pretty dumb.

This is the same every game for a long time...they generally only dress 2 QBs. I know in the past Hines and Randle El served as the emergency QBs...so I'm sure they have somebody like that that can take some snaps and such...they always do...

Heath was a state title winning QB in high school, and originally was recruited to Virginia as a QB. He might be our new emergency guy.

But if Heath is throwing... who's going to catch the ball on 3rd and long?

if heath is throwing the ball our offense will look a lot like denver's offense with tebow last year.

If Heath can get enough air under it, maybe he can catch it himself?
