For a second I thought it read that we had signed James Brooks, the 61 year old retired Bengal all-pro. I knew our RB situation was bad but not that bad.

 

Smart move. I was worried they would hang on to him and lose a comp pick

I see he was the second fastest RB at the combine after coming back from a knee injury. He ran a 4.45 at his pro day at Oregon. He ran the 100 meters in 10.50 for the Oregon track team. He's all about speed no doubt about that.
