I was wondering during the game and just heard on the post game show that they don't know what's up either.

Every Time they announced that #72 is reporting as eligible the crowd erupted!

    Where did that come from?

I think his neck protector making people think about Jack Lambert's neck roll and he is becoming a fan favorite based on that. However I've taken nyquil so I may not be thinking straight.

It was Banner. Maybe they were cheering for The Hulk to make a appearance.

Cheering was for Zach Banner, every time he lined up as tackle eligible they would say #72 has reported as eligible #72, which seemed to be at least 15 plays.

it happened so much the crowd started cheering. No player got as much love as him

And they want to see him in the victory formation.... he takes his role very seriously.... seems like a good guy.

I dont know where it started but it was hilarious. Every time they said "#72 is listed as an eligible receiver" , they ran a play on his side and we made a good play. At one point, it seems that was the only time they could do anything right and the crowd picked up on it.
The Dolphin fans were talking trash it seemed all around our section, in a fun way. We had a good time bc of it.

I thought it also had something to do with it being the only time the ref seemed to say something that didn't hurt the Steelers. Whatever it was, the crowd totally bought into it and went nuts whenever it was announced. Heinz would go nuts if he actually ever caught a pass.

Was funny stuff. Our fans are great! The redundancy of the refs announcement triggered the crowd response. We've heard the #72 ref call all year.

What happened to the thought that using a extra OL would tip their hand and we wouldn’t be able to run the ball? Running game looked it’s best all year so far. We could of used this strategy to establish the running game earlier this season. It would of helped maybe grab another win or two. Nix was a difference maker as well but the right mindset and desire surely helps too.

I couldn’t actually believe how much Nix was involved throughout the game. He seemed to be on the field more than he was the whole of last season.
