Rudolph practices...

He was limited at practice on Wednesday but still took some snaps and had his helmet on. Hodges still practiced mainly with the first team and took the majority of the first team snaps. This is very interesting to me because I didn’t think there was anyway Rudolph would be cleared in time to play this weekend in LA. It looks like at this point though there is at least a chance. I’m not so sure that having Rudolph start a football game out West after a long 5 hour plus flight after just getting your brains scrambled is the best move. So my question is if Rudolph is cleared medically should he still start over Hodges??

 

Better question is at 1-4 with 0 offensive playmakers and this coaching staff...... who cares who the QB is. Hell even if Ben was healthy we might still be 1-4

 

I wouldn’t play him, don’t see the point.

Because Hodges has taken the majority of first team snaps in pads I would assume they are likely going to go with the Duck.. Either way Mason or Duck you will likely have pretty close to the same chances of a win but maybe more so with the quack master at the helm.

 

Its a good sign he is back at practice but he is still in concussion protocol. They will err on the side of caution as they should. Hodges will start.

 

Rudolph should be #2 @ LAC. Let Hodges start this week. Bring back Rudolph at #1 for Dolphins game after bye.

That was my thought as well. It looked scary, but no way in hell they let him walk off the field with help if it was really that bad, even with the cart issue.

I wouldn't be surprised if he's active as the backup, though.

Having Nix back is big. Should help in short yardage game, and he's a great special teams player.

 

What happened to that one guy's hysterics about Rudolph missing the rest of the season?

I'm a little surprised that Washington is practicing already. Wasn't he supposed to be out four or five weeks?
