I only ask because McDonald can’t finish a game and Gentry isn’t the answer at TE just yet!!

He would have been a viable option ahead of trading for Vannett, but who are you cutting to make room for him now?

 

Had we not traded for Vannett I'd say for sure. But for now, I don't see a reason.

 

Well he didnt show up for practice so that didnt endear him to belechick, maybe his head isnt in the right place after his 4 game suspension, big risk in signing him right now in my opinion:

There were signals from the team that Watson's spot wasn't certain, starting with him not being at practice last Wednesday.

 

I'd assume the olb Reilly(think that's his name) will be cut as soon as Chick is healthy so there is a spot there. Although a 38 Watson isn't playing ST so it is big risk with limited reward

 

We are thin a WR..... McDonald isn’t reliable and Jaylon Samuels is out a month with a knee injury.....

Yeah, we could use him.......

Now who to move off the Active 53 roster??? Toss up between Fred Johnson And the OLB I don’t even know

My opinion is now with Vannett and Vance I say pass. I also feel as we are a one win team what can it hurt giving Gentry a hat if something happens to V & V?

Tomlin says Vance is no worse for wear. Really Mike then why wasn't he play at the end of a crucial division game?

True but they also need Tomlin to say we are going with plan b instead of being guided by his participation.

CheatNation isn't letting any player go that can produce. They badly need a TE and they let him go, we should be weary.

 

I agree and we have Vance and Vannett with Gentry sitting there. I don’t want to hear how Gentry isn’t ready, the coaches know we need him get him ready. It isn’t like he is the only rookie playing look around the league rooks are playing all over. Throw in we are 1-4 and our 4th string Qb might start this week.......we have nothing to lose. Pass on Watson for sure jmo.
