I have said all off season that the Browns were all hype and Mayfield was a complete unknown.

The Browns have zero experience at all coaching positions.

    The Browns have zero leadership.

The Browns have a culture of losing for their entire existence.

The Browns have a smart-ass young, inexperienced QB who thinks he has already won a couple Super Bowls.

Now Baker May-not refuses to shake hands with the 9ers players? This kid is on the verge of implosion and the Browns may need to draft another QB with their top 10-15 2020 pick!

You weren't the only one saying this, I have been ridiculed for saying they suck on this very forum. If we are only able to win 2 more games, I hope it's both Browns games. Busted mayfiled is an arrogant smug wannabe johnny manziel BS artist. F the brownstains

I don't know why anyone was buying into all of the Browns hype. It wasn't anything new, although this year they had more "stars" to pump up the hype, but they're still the Browns, and they still have a lot of mismanagement in the organization.

And as an Ohio State fan, I loved seen Bosa continually put Baker in his place.

The turmoil is about to boil over in Cleveland. May-not is being called out by everyone on national TV as a disrespectful little bee-otch and if he looks bad against the Seahawks, the city and the team will start to crumble. There isn't enough popcorn for that ****-show!

    What you thought they were?!

Many of us thought the very same aspect. I was already on record in stating by trading Kevin Zeitler, Freddie Kitchens sealed Baker's fate by not giving him the protection he desperately needs and instead placate to what Baker's needs should be vs what they have to be. For example, adding two "Me First Players" in Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry not just magnified this issue but exponentially amplified Baker's colossal ego. As a result, by sacrificing what Baker needs the most, that Offensive Line is more thin than one ply tissue paper.

Defensively?! Not much better overall. Olivier Vernon has only one sack all season for a player who is supposed to obtain more advantages than Myles Garrett himself. Denzel Ward has not only regressed in the limited time he has played this season, he is injuried.... again. Greedy, whom I was not as high on as others were, is also injured.... and he still does not want to tackle.

In all all, what Cleveland is currently does not surprise me in the slightest. From Baker's regression due to him placating on who gets the ball between Odell and Jarvis, Freddie clearly in over his head, John Dorsey being the puppet master and ultimately setting this in motion, the lack of improvement from important defensive pieces from their 2018 class and Offensive Line that might as well be used to clean up damp spots, Cleveland's record is no surprise to me.

Now, the question is not if Cleveland's Locker Room implodes. The question remains when?! More importantly, how big will it be?!?!

He doesn't see the field very well yet either. Tends to lock on to his first read and force things. Ball security is a weak point with him as well. I think he is the weak link even with a better oline.

I certainly wasn't implying that I was the only person who could see the reality, it's just that living near Cleveland got pretty obnoxious and many people on this board also bought into the hype.

Every one of your points is accurate and I will go on to say that Mayfield is not far behind Johnny Football when it comes to being a head case. He is alienating people at a faster rate than he is throwing picks. OBJ is disgusted that Mayfeild can't be accurate enough to get the ball to him when he is open, you can see it in his body language.

    The implosion is coming!

A lot of people in general and even some here said the Browns were for real. Take a look at the facts that existed prior to the season opener.

    1. The Browns were a 3-37-1 team in 2016, 2017, and 2018
    2. The Browns had zero experience at any key coaching position.
    3. The Browns had zero experience on the field.
    4. The Browns success was resting on the shoulders of a second year QB with a 6-7 record as a starter and a Johnny Manziel type mentality.
    5. The Browns culture is 20 years of being the joke of the NFL

Miles Garrett, OBJ, and Jarvis Landry are not going to overcome all of the above.

They should have kept Gregg Williams.
They actually played pretty good under him the second half of last year. Why you get rid of a guy that actually had the Brown's winning games was a typical dumb ass move by Cleveland.JMO

It does not surprise me. Much of that has to do with Jim Haslett. He wants to be the AFC's version of Jerry Jones minus interfering with the coaching. Issue is, he is not going about it the right way.

This is before factoring in the likes of John Dorsey. Yes, John does know how to build a team. That said, much like Jim, he wants all of the power to do everything except coaching.

That really is not a recipe for success.
