Some would argue (myself included) that the fake punt attempt while having the lead cost them that game.

That's the whole purpose of him opting to kick. They were pinning the Steelers deep by having Tucker pooch it short of the end zone forcing a return.

This team doesn't have a punter that routinely boots 60 yarders! Hell Baltimore's punter uncorked his best punt in overtime, otherwise the Steelers get that ball at least at the 40 if not better!

 

Would you prefer they hung their heads and walked off? They did what they could to win short of causing another fumble.
