I agree to a degree but he does catch the ball so ball security is important on special teams.. You put Johnson in there and maybe he fumbles it. Coaching staff might see something we dont.

 

Yes! He can sell the fair catch hand like nobody's business...

Ben made the quote that Switzer can be his Edelman How ridiculous that sounds.

And please don't indicate to use Diontae Johnson on any kick returns. We need him to catch the ball being the #2 at this point.

 

I would rather we kept Dontae Spencer who we cut and went to Denver. Much more explosive, faster and could help greatly on punt returns, end around, screens and even some wildcat.

 

I called this in preseason. Ben had the biggest say.
