We all got what we wanted yesterday when the Browns beat the Ravens, and if we get what we want tonight, the Steelers are one game out of first place.

BUT......if we turn this mess around and can compete, who will we have to beat for the division title? I

The Browns/Ravens game was on where I was but I was not able to watch it closely, just heard the many eruptions since I was in the Cleveland area. How good did the Browns look and how bad did the Ravens look?

I still believe the Browns will finish under .500 but it's tough to say at this point who will compete for the AFC North:shrug:

I wonder if a Bengal message board is saying the same things we are saying.

We had 3 very difficult games to start the season. these three teams have lost one game so far. Two of those were on the road. We have to beat the division rival in front of us first and worry about the next game next. The brownies whipped on the ravens in their home stadium. We just need to keep getting better week by week. We have not been blown out except week one. It starts with tonight's game first.

If you know anything about Bengal fans you know that they believe they have already been cheated out of 3 games and will finish 13-3

    Ravens forgot about N. Chubb.

Steelers have to win all the division games. That seems like a heck of task with the team we have.
The way the AFC north is I think 10-6 wins it this season.

    But, anything is possible.

I think it's possible that 8-8 wins the division.

The Browns are still the Browns
The Ravens QB is waaaaay over-rated
The Steelers have poor coaching and unproven talent on offense.
    The Bengals have holes everywhere.

Browns looked good yesterday. I think they are better than you give them credit for.
Ravens give us fits, I don't expect that to change even with Lamar, he's got some talent.

I never bought into the Lamar Jackson hype, the analyst were talking like he was better than Mahomes. The ratbird's D isn't that stout and I don't buy into their offense.

Browns are Browns and will implode. Mayfield will have a mental breakdown.

I don't even talk about bungles.

8-8 or maybe even 7-8 could possibly win the division, but that doesn't mean we are in it.... tonight will be a start but if we lose, forget about it.

Unfortunately, I didn't get to watch the game closely but The Browns have the talent to occasionally look good but they have zero experience at any key coaching position and building turmoil with both Mayfield and OBJ. They will look like complete buffoons for at least another several games this year and with the schedule they have coming up, they could be 2-6 or 3-5 at the midway point. I think they ran into a team that was over-rated and thus they looked falsely good.

Browns look very good when they run the offense around N. Chubb. When they try to highlight Baker & the divas, they fail miserably.

I think that is probably true but I haven't been able to watch enough of them to know. And the real question is, how do you keep the diva's in check?

Hate to say it but those teams have much more talent than we do..... especially on offense...... shame is we gave good defensive players we just need a coordinator

I think 9-7 could win the division, the Steelers are 15-2-1 against the AFCN in the last few years, that was with Ben at QB though.

I believe the last game at the Ravens will decide who wins the north. The loser of that game could still get a wild card.

I think the Browns will win at least 10 games. They have 3 tough games coming up but their last 9 are very winnable.

Do you honestly believe that? If so, how can you discount these facts:
    1. Zero experience at any key coaching spot.
    2. An imbecile for an owner.
    3. Limited experience at GM
    4. No leadership.
    5. A culture of absolute ineptitude since their beginning 20 years ago.
    6. A head case waiting to explode at both QB and WR.

The Browns next 3 games are against the 49ers, the Seahawks and the Patriots. If they lose all 3 they will be 2-5 but their last 9 games get a lot easier. They play the Steelers twice, the Bengals twice, the Ravens who they have already beaten at Baltimore. The other 4 teams they play are the Broncos, the Dolphins, the Cardinals and the Bills. In other words they still play 7 games against teams who haven't won a game yet.

If the Steelers go 6-0 I’m the division, then 8-8 will definitely win the division.

    5-1, they’re going to need 9 wins.

    4-2, probably not good enough

How can you discount these Steeler facts:
    1. No apparent application of experience by any key coach who was not called Munch
    2. A flaccid owner.
    3. Experience at GM that frequently translates into wasted 1st round draft picks
    4. Flaccid leadership
    5. A culture of absolute ineptitude since drafting Brown and Bell
    6. A head case at QB who will try to return next year

What does that have to do with the Browns?
