Which franchises are better off then us in the next 3 years. The past is gone and in the last 10 years 3 playoff wins isn’t exactly what the Steelers pride themselves on. There’s plenty of blame to go around for sure. My problem is I don’t see anything that’s gonna make us better the last 10 years and I will list the franchises that I think will have more playoff wins then us in the next 3 years. Feel free to pick apart.
Pats , Bills, Colts, Texans, Ravens, Chiefs, Rams, Cowboys, Eagles , Vikings, Saints, Seahawks, Packers, Bears. Well that puts us middle of the pack that’s not so bad?

The future looks bleak without a change at Head Coach.

Why the Bills? I don't see anything about your list that says that you are wrong except the Bills just seems out of place.

Bills have a great defense and Allen is really coming on.

Every time the Bills look like they are turning the corner something happens that puts them back at square one. If they can beat the Pats twice in a year I will sing their praises for the next decade.

With 3 drafts, 3 free agency periods, and 3 years of retirements it's impossible to predict 3 seasons away. This is especially true considering the possibility of a lock out season.

Who would've predicted 3 years ago that we'd lose Bell, AB, possibly Ben, and Shazier?

Well we have found out that Tomlin is never going to build a dynasty here in Pittsburgh. Keep trying to make the playoffs every year is where we are at. Who knows, maybe we get some breaks & players show up to make a run in the next 3 years.

I’d agree that substantial coaching changes are required. Perhaps Tomlin will survive but a shake up in the coordinators and position coaches is desperately needed.

Rebuilds can happen quickly in the NFL. Too many variables to predict with any degree of accuracy what may or may not happen with franchises in the future. Steelers need to clean up their cap situation, get the Brown money off the books and deal with Ben’s situation whatever way that turns out.

They need to lock up Watt and JuJu long term, as well as a few others and add some new players on both sides of the ball, TE, OLB, O-Line, CB and RB must all be prioritised in the coming drafts, probably WR too.

QB is the big question. If Ben comes back strong or if Mason turns out to be good then problem solved. If not, then things could be very bad indeed. All anybody can do is speculate at this stage because we just don’t know.

It's a sick feeling but I have lost all faith in Art II and an integral part of that is knowing he will never fire Tomlin. Plus a few dozen other things.

I'm betting we are going to be like 1986-1989. Maybe worse:(

Bright side, I'll go back to that time too and the chicks will be back.

At some point those teams and all the young talent will want paid. That changes many teams that look good now. The cowboys have started with zeke. There is only so much money before players start to seek other paydays.

With Tomlin and current staff at the helm I don't see a Superbowl or deep runs in the playoffs. Until I'm proven wrong that's where I stand.

When the QB doesn't play well you have a team problem. The team is going to have a difficult time winning games if Mason doesn't play better.

    The team collectively sucks.

    o line
    Mason
    Rb
    Receivers
    Run defense
    Butler
    Fichtner

we are bad everywhere lol. Munch am and the 3 b’s masked a bunch of problems

One of the things I enjoyed about Noll and Cowher was watching them make the best of limited talent. They had their flaws like any coach will but they coached! Tomlin has managed to make a mess of some of the best talent the NFL has ever seen.

I seen an ad earlier today (didn't click on it) that Ben was selling his Pittsburgh mansion. Is this true & current or did he do it in a past season? Pittsburgh residents chime in and give me a clue please?
