Didn't they make the playoffs after an 0-4 start not that long ago? I could be wrong...

 

8-8, no playoffs. 2013

 

I like James Connor, but he can't fumble like he has.
I hate to say it but he will need to sit down for awhile and get his head on straight.
He has cost us 3 games that I can remember. I am a Pitt man
so this really hurts.

I haven’t watched a game yet this year because I’ve had things going on but I haven’t missed anything that I can tell. This train wreck will continue until someone finally gets smart enough to pull the plug on the Mike Tomlin s#!tshow once and for all. Until I hear that has happened, I won’t kill my self trying to find the game on someplace.

 

Not sure but I do remember 1976 when they started 1-4 then went on to be IMO the greatest Steeler team ever. Major injuries stopped them from winning 3rd straight SB.

Needless to say this current team are not the 76 Steelers.

 

I predicted 0-3... but I didn't expect Steelers to play that well at SF. That was a better effort than last year's Denver and Oakland debacles.

 

While I understand your anger they're our team good or bad. You won't be able to stop following them. I say the same stuff about the Pirates year after year but I check up on them to the bitter end. And the way MLB is set up I am 100% sure they can never be a winner. At least NFL has a salary cap.

I remember when fans bitched and moaned about Cowher. I want Tomlin gone too but will always stay behind the Steelers.

We could tie an 0-4 record that has stood for 51 years if we lose again sunday. They had last started 0–4 in 1968, when they started 0–6......

 

I will too but DAMN it is hard... I was depressed the rest of the night. Its SO hard to watch them play and to watch Tomlin with his clueless expression all game long.

 

I was at some of those games in the 60's. Was way too young to be bothered by them and the NFL was not as big as it is now. The biggest memory I take away was the difference when a TD or good play happened. Little hand shake or pat on rear, not even close to the **** the players do today.
