Bad team all around. They’ll get better but 8-8 would be a miracle at this point.

Giving the coaching staff a D is generous in my opinion.

 

Not if it stands for depressing and delusional

 

If the niners catch the ball that hit them in the hands and not botch simple plays and put the ball on the ground we don’t have 5 turnovers.. maybe we get 1 or 2 at best. In which case that game would have been a blow out. We did not earn a close game we were gifted a chance and had no ability to capitalize.

This week the team showed regression compared to the previous 2 games. That’s alarming . I actually expected the running game and big guys up front to step up this week . I didn’t see that. Generally any unit should be past the communication and confusion issues by week 3. QB’s and WR’s should be hitting their stride by week 6. 4-6 wins is realistic

 

Well good old Boz won't have to take any **** like he had to last year. Hell, he could be are only pro bowler

 

I full really bad for TJ Watt and Tuitt, they are straight up balling on defense right now, and the team is 0-3.

 

yeah that game shouldn't have been close. gifted a win and still lost. redflag...

 

I for one thought some of the TOs were “ gifts” as well but was lead to believe they weren’t. Yes the D looked competent when the other team is playing so poorly but the usual can’t get a stop when it counts reared it’s ugly head once again.

Positives I've seen:
JuJu and DJ had nice scores
D Line is playing pretty damn good for like 75% of the game
Boswell hasn't missed yet
Oh yeah, Minkah Fitzpatrick.... nice first game

Bads:
D Line and LB's can't stop some really questionable RB talent when it matters
Stupid penalties.... like Defensive holding at 1:00 on 3rd and 11
Conner.... needs to hold onto the ball and pickup his production.... running game has been putrid

I see enough positives that we can win some games.... but at this point 8-8 would be a miracle as pointed out above.

 

Our FS had some 'splash' moments.

 

Fittipaldi's report card was fair enough.

Lots of mediocre to lousy play from everyone.
