Offense was finally rolling a little and with about 6:30 left, game was given away.

Defense was exhausted I guess.

 

Another Sunday another Steeler loss...ho hum
The good news I missed the final score by a point in the pool.

 

These guys were gased!!! Had nothing left!!!

That's what really pisses me off. They are nothing special, so I wouldn't get all jacked over beating our Steelers. They have problems right now.

Defensive holding on that 3rd and 11. Automatic First Down. Then a pass to a receiver that wasn't even looking for it. And the two defenders ran in to each other.

ILB play isn’t varsity that’s for sure

 

My friend, who's a lifetime Rams fan, told me Barron is good for 3-4 plays.....per season.

 

They too have a chance to join the 6 club.

 

Garapolo has dropped off his play he sucks from a year ago!!!

 

Give Gilbert a shot. Barron has been really poor. I get you want a vet in there with Bush, but it is clearly not working.

When they signed him the first thing that should have concerned me is that I'd never really heard of him. Remember when we used to sign guys like Potsy? Good times.

 

I’d rather be 3-0 with some issues to address than 0-3 with issues to address!

On the bright side, he also told me Barron is injury prone.

 

Yeah, but this is the problem with Conner. He has a huge fumbling issue. 15 games started and 5 lost fumbles... you’d be hard pressed to find a runner in the NFL that still has a job that dirts the ball more than 30 does.

The game isn’t his fault. The defense had plenty of opportunities. The entire offense sucked for the entirety of the first half... But it was another fumble, at our own 25, with the lead, with less than 5 mins left. You can’t have that. If he doesn’t figure out how to hold onto the ball you’ll be seeing Snell and Samuels out there getting the rock and for good reason.

 

I wanted them to go after Littleton. I know he was a RFA but I thought there was a way if they pursued it. Maybe I’m wrong but it would have also meant we didn’t have to trade up for Bush. I’m not giving up on Bush but Littleton was plug and play.....IDK but I do know our ILBs are a big reason why we lost this game. Couldn’t control the running game and it opened up play action. Something we also couldn’t do....
